ABUJA June 8, 2026 (TON): 360 captives were rescued in the Nigerian military operation in Boko Haram in Southern Borno.
Nigerian military said , A group Known as Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati wal jihad (JAS) , abducted women and children and kept them deep in Mandara mountains. Two captives found dead from exhaustion. However, the story had different versions in which some declared Boko Haram's innocence.
