TEHRAN, 7 JUNE 2026, (TON): Pakistan’s Interior Minister who has multiple portfolios on national and international chess board visited Tehran this late night Saturday/ Sunday in a fresh bid to convey American messages as part of negotiations between Iran and the US. Mohsin Naqvi met with Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni late night and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi today morning.
Syed Mohsin Naqvi was quoted by highly reliable sources to have disclosed that he travelled all the way to Tehran to deliver a message from Pakistan’s Army Chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir Itranian to leadership. The same was also confirmed by Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency. He claimed that he has no details on the message's contents but it was a Memo from Americans.
The US military has imposed its blockade on Strait of Hormuz to seize Arab transportation of oil and other shipments through Strait of Hormuz whereas cargo exports from Iranian ports and land routes are allowed without any restriction to all the countries of the world. Washington has already agreed to the much of Iranian demands and the closure of Strait of Hormuz has mutually agreed by both parties to keep Strait of Hormuz out of Arabs control.
