JAPAN, 6 JUNE 2026, (TON): India won Men’s under 18 Asia Cup 2026. The Championship was held at Kakamigahara, Japan on 06 June, 2026.
India was crowned as champions of the Men’s Under 18 Asia Cup 2026 after a superb 4-1 victory over hosts Japan.
Earlier, India beat Pakistan 5-3 in thrilling semi-final to enter Under 18 Men's Asia Cup final. Japan won the Silver Medal while the Bronze Medal was won by Pakistan after secured a 3-0 victory over Malaysia.
The Gold Medal Match saw India and Japan face off for the continental title. India delivered an outstanding display, scoring four goals to defeat the Japan 4-1 and lift the Men’s Under 18 Asia Cup trophy.
Throughout the tournament, India played very well with convincing attacking quality, sports man spirit and determination.
