SANAA, 15 September 2026 (TON): In the latest development, Yemen’s UN recognized have regain most of the control however, still many pockets are claimed to be held by Houthis.

Since 8 September hundreds of drones and missiles hit Saudi numerous civilian infrastructure and caused heavy losses. At least two military targets were also hit.

Houthis are funded and armed by both the US and Iran for a common objective to end their monopoly on oil and regional influence. Reports claimed that the US channels stopped arms and ammunition supply to the Houthis since Sunday. However, latest news reflects at least two cargo ships anchoring coast of Yemen; unconfirmed reports said, these carried weapons. 

The fresh supply of arms and ammunition to the Houthis and Iraqi mercenaries, which were temporarily stopped, may give life to rebels but it is near to impossible to regain lost areas.

Conflicting reports of causalities from both Houthis and Government forces have been reported. A report claims that 4 people were killed and 6 injured on Tuesday’s attack by Houthis.
