WASHINGTON D.C , 15 July 2026 (TON): A 48-year-old man was arrested in Utah after allegedly stabbing a Muslim man multiple times inside Valley Fair Mall in West Valley City on Monday.
Investigators said the suspect admitted he targeted the victim because he was Muslim and intended to kill him. The victim, a Muslim kiosk employee, was taken for medical treatment, while the suspect was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on charges including attempted murder and prohibited dangerous weapon conduct.
