KABUL, 11 October 2020, (TON): The new Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan, Rudrendra Tandon presented his credentials to the Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on Saturday. President Ghani accepted the credentials of the new ambassador.
Other Ambassadors who presented their credentials included Ambassadors from Norway, Swiss and Sweden.
In a statement, Presidential Palace stated, that the President accepted the credentials of the new Norwegian Ambassador to Afghanistan Willy Anders Landman, the new Swiss Ambassador Nastogen Benedict de Sergeit, the new Swedish Ambassador Torkel Sternloff, and the new Indian Ambassador Rudrendra Tandon.
President Ashraf Ghani congratulated the ambassadors on their new tasks and thanked their nations and their efforts towards a developing Afghanistan.
