Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Giland Erdan said before the UN, “To the UN and its agencies; Israeli women are not women, Israeli children are not children?” Let us assure everyone that if Muslims or any other has maltreated Jewish women person or their dignity was violated or raped, we the Muslims are with them. But the Israeli Ambassador Giland Erdan is lying. Please take a good look at the photo exhibited by the Israeli Ambassador before the UN, who claimed Hamas disrespected Israeli women. You will find that she is lying with her front side facing down and a person sitting on her top but please take another critical look at the knees of this lady… can any human knees look like this in an opposite direction, if her face is downwards?

One should take a good look at the photo displayed by the Israeli Ambassador. Is it possible to twist the body of a human to a level where both legs, knees, and feet are twisted to 180 degrees, without a strain of blood? Can you deny that the photo is not engineered and fake?

No doubt, it is a crime to present such fake photos as evidence against Hamas whose genocide is taking place in Gaza by Israelis. It is high time the United Nations Organization must take strict action against Israel and its Israeli Defence Forces as well as its allies in this genocide of Muslim Palestinians

By Afshain Afzal

There is no doubt that the Israeli intelligence engineered the 7th October attack on LGBT Dance Party Kibbutz Re'im, in which an Indian mission in Lebanon was also involved. Israeli intelligence plot could have been flawless if certain basic defects were catered to in the Planning Stage but the Israeli-US and Middle Eastern partners along with surrendered blackmailed Hamas members are used against Palestinian Muslim interests. Probably Tel Aviv failed to realize striking similarities with their past strategies including mass settlement of Indians in Beer Sheba and adjoining areas as well as other Persian minorities in Haifa and other areas. Today these plans are no more secret.

Despite US President Joseph Biden's high hopes in Qatar-mediated talks between Hamas – Israel truce and encouragement his remarks, “We could bring some of those hostages home soon, but nothing is done until everything is done.” Palestinian expelled leader Ismail Haniyah, who formed a splinter Palestinian group is double-crossing everyone, when he said, “We have been working on hostages and are now very close to a deal.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu changed his narrative from leveling allegations on Hamas for kidnapping women and children to “Hope to hear good news soon about captives held by the Palestinian group.”

If we recall, in the words of Hamas member Ezzat El-Reshiq, “in the third week of October 2023, confirmed that Saudi Arabia released 2019-imprisoned Mohammad Al-Khodary along with other Hamas members who rushed to West Bank”. Three other Hamas leaders in exile thanked Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman for releasing Hamas leadership.

US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken issued a press release on 21 September; “The United States welcomes the deal to release 50 hostages, including American citizens, held by Hamas since its October 7 attack on Israel. United States government appreciates the leadership and ongoing partnership of Egypt and Qatar in this work..”

The claims of Qatari foreign ministry spokesman and Haniyah that negotiations were at a critical stage, "Hamas kidnapped more than 50 women and children and has agreed in principle to release the hostages in exchange for a halt of Israeli military attacks for certain times in Gaza". The Hamas leadership in exile, however, has rejected that they kidnapped 50 Israeli women and children saying, "We respect women and children according to our teachings".

One wonders if Ismail Haniyah really represents Hamas, why does he admit that he has kidnapped 50 Israeli women and children so that the onus of this sin is on Haniyah rather than Hamas. It is high time that false, unfounded and misleading allegations on Hamas must come to an end and the Israeli Defense Forces who were held hostage by Hamas in Gaza be negotiated after assurance of a final solution of recognition of Palestine on the basis of UNO Partition Plan of November 1947.

By Afshain Afzal

During the general discussion, certain points remained unexplained due to the level of understanding of the interpreter. However, a communication is being attributed to Hamas leadership in Exile for peace in the Middle East. The same could not be confirmed by Mashaal or one other leader. As per reports, not from original sources, Hamas leadership confirmed that they had no role in the attack on the dance and music festival at Kibbutz Re’im, Israel, and the following agreed steps are required towards world peace, effective between the Palestinian authority and Israel: - 1) Complete ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli Defense Forces to positions pre-7th October 2023; 2) Demarcation of boundaries of Palestine as of 1918 – 1946; 3) Demarcation of boundaries of Israeli and Palestinian territories as per UN plan of November 1947; 4) Demarcation of Palestinian maritime boundaries and zones in the Mediterranean Sea and the Dead Sea, on the basis of UN plan of 1947, the International Maritime Law and United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS); 5) Framing of all pending issues, and 6) Resolution and final agreement between Israel and Palestine, followed by final recognitions.

In addition, there was a demand for the restoration of water, food, fuel, medicine, electricity, and communication. In another, the statement by Hamas said, “We demand red lines already announced including, occupied Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque as the third holiest site will not be dishonored by Israeli raids into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, desecrating and attacking Muslims offering prayers. More so, additional clarifications have been issued:- 1) We do not have women and children as captives and the only foreigners held captive on the suspicion of being foreign agents, were released during the early days of an Israeli attack on Gaza; 2) Our prisoners; dozens of captured Israeli officers and soldiers, are secured in safe place expect the in a bombing by the Israelis; 3) They have been secured in safe places and resistance tunnels are not there; 4) Media should be allowed in Gaza to report transparency and accountability.

There is no doubt that the Israeli intelligence agency Shen Beth and Mossad’s self-engineered the 7th October attacks.  As there is hope for peace in the Middle East, the United Nations must contact with Hamas political authority in Gaza as the official representative of Palestinians, especially in Gaza and Israeli territories, and work on the implementation of UNO Partition Plan dated 29 November 1947. We must not miss this opportunity for peace.

The recent horrifying and ruthless mass killing of Palestinian Muslims is unprecedented. Even the Israelis do not spare small babies who belong to Muslim Palestinian families having a linkage with Hamas. A great number of children as orphans and unidentified displaced Palestinian children have been evacuated as part of planned kidnapping to across the borders and further to the Western countries. In this State-sponsored terrorism, Israel is not alone but is joined by other nations in alliance. It is also all set to install a Palestinian representation of Western choice over existing Palestinian territories under their control as well as early next year’s territories negotiated for the “State of Palestine”.

In the latest development, Qatar-based Palestinian, Ismail Haniyah, who was rejected in 2007, by Hamas leadership and other Palestinian including President Mahmoud Abass on suspicions of working for Israeli interests, is being presented as main conduit between Hamas and Israel through good offices of the Qatar. There are strong reports that Ismail Haniyah has not only direct links with Tel Aviv, London, and Washington but implementing their plan. Interestingly, to authenticate Haniah as an enemy, Israeli military spokesperson Daniel Hagari claimed “on 16 November, Israeli fighter jets had bombarded the house of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas’s head of political bureau”. Earlier statements from Haniyah, as if he is waging the war, said, “I have confidence in Palestinians’ ability to outlast the Israeli offensive on Gaza and emerge victorious from the war.” Surviving Hamas leadership, who have established a “Government in Exile” have rejected Ismail Haniyah as Palestinian or Hamas’s representative.

Media reports reflected Haniyah office at Doha has a direct line of communication with both Israel and Hamas and has previously worked on negotiating truces between the two. Qatari mediators and Haniyah are negotiating a deal between Hamas and Israel that included the release of 70 Israeli hostages in Gaza with 50 women and children from Israeli jails in exchange for a five-day ceasefire. Ismail Haniyah has also been assigned to release a complete list of remaining living Israeli hostages held in Gaza, which Tel Aviv claims are held by Hamas but, in fact, are in possession of proxy-Hamas fighters to malign true orthodox Palestinian Muslim leadership in such shameful acts of kidnapping women and children, which Muslims are forbidden in their religion. In fact, Qatar is on its role to project surrendered Palestinian fighters as representatives of Palestinians and Hamas, who in fact, betrayed the Palestinian nation and compromised with the Israelis.

If we recall, on 9 October 2023, Pakistan based “The Orient News”, reported in its article, “Planned Genocide of Particular Community in Palestine”, and earlier article, “Behind the 7th October Attack on Israel?” exposed Tel Aviv’s horrifying plot against the Palestinians and that in this drama, Qatar is playing the same role, which it played in Afghanistan by assembling surrendered fighters and posing as Taliban and in the present case surrendered Palestinian fighters as representatives of Palestinians and Hamas to negotiate the release of Israeli hostages. It was also made public that Palestinian leaders in Gaza and Syria said, "we have rejected Qatar-mediated negotiations between Israel and Hamas, “We cannot allow anyone having a past record of traitors and those expelled Palestinians operating from Qatar as our representatives on the negotiation table.” Major elements in the Palestinian leadership are skeptical about Qatar’s role as a mediator. The article also revealed the US agreement with Iran to transfer $6 billion in frozen funds through Qatar and US intelligence community’s clean chit for Iran that she is not currently seeking a direct war with the US and is not behind the 7 October attack on Israel.

Mere condemning Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, war crimes and barbaric and inhumane massacres by the occupation government will not suffice. The efforts of Muslims, Jews, Christians, and others around the world for the cause of Muslims of Palestine are worth appreciation. We cannot name one country or organization as it may hurt the feelings of others but world is united against the troikas including Israel and US to isolate them. The Muslims and other peace-loving people have refused to discuss any projects or buy Israeli goods unless a cease-fire in Palestine's Gaza is declared. It is high time to allow International peace dialogue between Hamas and Israel, with Turkey and Saudi Arabia as chief mediators and negotiators. Qatar should also play its role in a united effort. There is no doubt, that we witnessed worse genocide of orthodox Muslims of Palestine, especially Hamas as well as war crimes by the Israeli intelligence and defense forces but let us start a dialogue to win the peace.

In the latest development, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) along with some foreign troops dropped several bombs at Gaza's biggest hospital, “Al Shifa Hospital”. Continuing aerial bombardment and ground raids have been underway since yesterday when the last reports came in. Surprisingly, Washington and Tel Aviv, despite intense bombing and military operations have allowed the media to give coverage of Gaza. One wonders how these media persons got inside war zone without fear. US claims that it shared confirmed intelligence input with the IDF and agencies about the presence of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad members inside the hospital.

The Israeli–American plot, although exposed beforehand is soon going to unfold a success story of the recovery of the Israeli hostages and the killing of their abductors. Interestingly, they themselves kidnapped Israelis and some foreigners and would also be freeing them from their own custody. Hamas did capture some POWs during house-to-house searches and combing operations but that is a separate venture. It is on record that Hamas did not kidnap even a single person from the dance and music festival at Kibbutz Re’im nor did they launch 7th October attack on Israel. No doubt, all this is being done to present it as evidence for the International Court of Justice.

Meanwhile, yesterday on 14 November 2023, the International Court of Justice, Hague took an attempt to give an advisory opinion regarding “Legal consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem. The International Court is supposed to give an opinion, “What are the legal consequences arising from the ongoing violation by Israel of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, from its prolonged occupation, settlement and annexation of the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including measures aimed at altering the demographic composition, character and status of the Holy City of Jerusalem, and from its adoption of related discriminatory legislation and measures.

The International Court also worked to establish, how do the policies and practices of Israel referred to in paragraph 18 (a) above affect the legal status of the occupation, and what are the legal consequences that arise for all States and the United Nations from this status?” Fourteen written comments were filed by 25 October and Pakistan was allowed to submit on 2 November 2023. Now the public hearings on the request for an advisory opinion are scheduled to open on 19 February 2024.

In fact, it is a well-chalked-out stunt to further misguide the world and prevent hateful feelings amongst the Arabs and Muslims leading to disallowing US Agency for International Development (USAID) and other similar organizations to operate in their countries, a strange drama has been staged where, ironically, the US State Department and USAID are campaigning against their President. Signed by 100 State Department and USAID employees wrote a dissent memo accusing President Joseph Biden of spreading misinformation in his remarks on 10 October 2023, about the Palestinian group Hamas' October 7th attack on Israel. The unethical and illegal misadventure by US-Israel State-sponsored terrorism, killing many people and turning others homeless is too harsh to digest.

The UN, International humanitarian organizations, and peace-loving nations must take urgent measures to bring an immediate end to the Israeli bombardment and drama of the siege of Gaza to place fake evidence against orthodox Palestinian Muslims before the world community.

In the latest development, the Orthodox Muslim Palestinians fighting in Gaza announced the establishment of a “Palestinian Government in Exile”. Unlike Ismail Haniyah who surrendered before the Israelis and others, serving their interests along with some anti-Palestinian Muslim factions, the new Government claims to follow a peaceful struggle through the good office of United Nations Organizations and Muslim Ummah. Misleading death tolls and exaggerated events make the situation more complex. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan floated a plan including convening the international peace conference to find a permanent solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians has the support of maximum Member nations of the United Nations.

Speaking without disclosing the location or country, the new Prime Minister of Israel in exile said, “We would soon unfold the selected portions of the plan to establish a justice system in the illegitimate state of Israel and will bring will all the Palestinian refugees back to their lands from other lands to form a broad-based democratic government comprising of Muslim majority, Jews and Christian minority, holding (time-scaled) nationalities in present-day Israel. We support a two-state solution, and its implementation as per the UNO Partition Plan dated 29 November 1947. We are honored by the support Palestinians for Hamas by peace-loving Jews around the world calling for a ceasefire and withdrawal of Israeli forces. We will ensure impartial inquiry through the International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court against entities involved in War Crimes and terrorism since the 7th October attack inside Israel. Our aim is to bring a justice system to restore peace in the regions and around the world.”

Meanwhile, the leadership of Hamas in Gaza has confirmed that no Palestinian or the Hamas leadership has any plans to leave Gaza or immigrate to refugee camps elsewhere. Nahal Hasan, a Palestinian of Gaza said, “Our Prophets are buried in Gaza, Palestine and the graves of great forefathers are here why should we leave?” In the latest development, additional US forces and equipment have been moved to Jordan at US Force Headquarters, which Amman denies. An unnamed Jordanian military officer confirmed joint patrolling by Jordanian and foreign forces at the border. He said, “2,500 US troops are part of counter-terrorism force under an agreement. There are also reports of the deployment of anti-aircraft guns positioned at the Jordanian-Syrian border.

Earlier this November, Qatar facilitated the safe-exist of foreigners including Nadia Al Nakla’s Scotish-Christian mother and other foreigners through Rafah crossing between Egypt and the Gaza, Palestine. One wonders what the family of Nadia Al Nakla was doing in Gaza during the Israeli attack on Gaza when even she never lived in Gaza and had schooling at Monifieth, Angus, Scotland.

Meanwhile, Norway and other countries are contacting Palestinian authorities in the West Bank and surrendered Palestinians abroad to give them fair chance to emerge as leaders. A few days back Norway announced an increase in her support to the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Gaza by Norwegian Krone 25 million, which is part of Norwegian Krone 200 million allocated to humanitarian aid to Palestinians since 7 October 2023. The Norwegian People's Aid, The Norwegian Refugee Council, other organizations, and missionary agencies from around the world are set to enter any day to establish missionary schools, hospitals, and other assemblies to transform Palestinians into an open-minded modern nation.

There are a lot of hopes in the leadership of Turkey and Saudi Arabia as well as other nations convene an international peace conference to find a permanent solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. Before attempting for peace efforts, Palestinians including Hamas must be taken into confidence. The Palestinians have shown faith in Turkey and Saudi Arabia along with other Muslim neighbours so the United Nations Security Council must replace the existing peacekeeping mission United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFL), United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) Golan and United Nations Truce Supervision Organization, Middle East and grant mandate to the new arrangement or at least a reshuffle. We had a very bad experience by giving UN mandate to US and Western allies in Afghanistan and Iraq, which ruined the economies of both countries and it led to over 1.6 million killings of innocent Afghans, men women, and children alone. It also needs to be ensured that the management and control of Eastern Mediterranean gas reserves must remain in the hands of Palestinians.

A joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 11 November 2023, which was attended by leaders and heads of government of OIC countries. The views of Muslim leaders were divided on whether to provide consolidated support by securing focal points or wait for the results of peace efforts. Turkey's President Tayyip Erdogan floated a two-pronged plan including convening of international peace conference to find a permanent solution to the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. Unlike the United States, Britain, and a good number of countries in the West, the Muslim countries, in Africa, Latin America, and other Asian countries do consider Hamas a terrorist authority and consider the organization as “legitimately defending their homeland”. There was also a difference of opinion over the acceptance and implementation of the UNO Partition Plan dated 29 November 1947 or the formation of a Palestinian state based on 1967 borders.

Meanwhile, the threat to the region and the world arising from repeated threats from Israeli state authorities to eliminate the entire leadership of Hamas and its followers as well as a serious threat by Israel's Heritage Minister Amihay Eliyahu's about Israeli plans to carry out a nuclear strike on Gaza. The Summit stressed the fact that the above statement by Israeli authorities proves that Israel possesses nuclear weapons and these nuclear bombs must be examined by the International Atomic Energy Agency. Interestingly, Iran's nuclear programme is for peaceful purposes but sanctions have been imposed upon the Muslim nation while different sets of rules are allowed for Israel. It is high time that Tel Aviv must respect international law and peace efforts by the United Nations Organization as well as international humanitarian organizations. In another development, Hamas leadership in Gaza and Palestinians hailing from Israel forming a “Government in Exile”, will announce a response to Israeli demands and their own conditions. One hopes that efforts by Turkey and Saudi Arabia with the consultation of all Muslim nations to convene an International peace conference will bear results for a permanent solution for Palestine otherwise any other plan would be disastrous for the region as well as international peace.

Today, on 9 November 2023, Rouhi Fettouh, who heads the highest decision-making body of the umbrella Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) is scheduled to meet Numan Kurtulmus, the Speaker of the Turkish parliament. These talks are to explore avenues for a joint roadmap to stop Israel's attacks targeting civilians in Gaza and look for other probable. The development came after the failure of the US Secretary of State's visit to Turkey on 5-6 November 2023. Other leaders including Azzam Al-Ahmad are optimistic and accepted Turkish and Saudi Arabian leadership for peace efforts.

Close aid to Palestinian top leader, Rouhi Fettouh said on the condition of anonymity, “Our leadership has decided to unite by shedding past grievances, however, surrendered-agent leaders and their allies including Ismail Haniyah will remain excluded”. This means Doha and Tehran would lose any mentionable role in peace and war efforts. However, Islamic unity demands the participation of all stakeholders, in all conflicts. The upcoming summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will be crucial for Gaza ceasefire and the permanent solution of the Palestine issue.

Meanwhile, the Israeli parliament “Knesset” seems convinced of a cease-fire otherwise, Tel Aviv would lose its assets in Iraq, Azerbaijan, and elsewhere. Earlier on 6 November, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed about likely agreement amongst members over Israel Defence Force tactical pauses, “from little pauses to cease fire” under terms and conditions including phased release of Israeli hostages. However, unofficial reports say that Hamas has rejected any language used in the declaration that calls Hamas or the Palestinians as “aggressors and terrorists”.

There are unconfirmed reports that civilian Jews living in the border towns of Gaza, Egypt, Lebanon, and Jordon have requested Tel Avivi to allow them to flee Israel as a reaction to Netanyahu’s campaign to crush Hamas and stop humanitarian aid flow to Gaza is expected to come within a fortnight.

Meanwhile, in storage development, US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said, “US was having frank conversations with Israelis about trying to reduce the civilian death toll, but it was not directly involved in Israel’s targeting decisions nor was it helping develop the country’s operational plans for its invasion of Gaza”. In fact, Washington is trying to blackout from the onus of imposing war on unarmed Palestinians. The series of visits of CIA Director William Burns in the Middle East to attract intelligence partners and leaders of failed to produce the desired results.

The ruthless genocide of the Palestinian Muslims and salient observance by civilized nations speak out their inner truth. It has become impossible for the UN and aid partners including Human Rights activists to reach Gaza. The long queues of aid-dumped container trucks are waiting for weeks on the sides of roads to reach the Palestinians but Israelis and Westerners are not allowing passage to Gaza. It is a crime against humanity not to allow relief to the needy Palestinians through the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees and other INGOs. World nations must pressure Israel and its partners to end war crimes in Palestine and allow peace to prevail. The author can be reached: This email address is being protected from spambots. Should the peace-loving people of the world ignore state-sponsored terrorism and insecurities through bluff games?

Despite Israel’s ongoing genocide of Palestinian orthodox Muslims after the 7th of October’s self-engineered attacks, Tel Aviv still hopes for peace through coercive means including the dropping of the nuclear bomb on the entire population of Gaza. A few days ago, Israeli leadership demanded that Arab states should normalise diplomatic relations with Israel to further the Abraham Accords. Washington also posed as the greatest champion of peace in this world by daring to send her Secretary of State to visit Ramallah in West Bank to pave the way for peace. Ironically despite the US State Department’s confirmation that Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited the West Bank, Palestine on 5 November 2023 and that his trip was kept secret till the time Blinken had not physically left the West Bank, no one is ready to believe Washington as it is bluff game to mislead Jews, American taxpayer and the international media about US’ as part of Hybrid warfare. One wonders if Washington can prove US State Department’s spokesperson Matthew Miller statement of 5 November 2023, “Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken met today in Ramallah with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas”. No! Washington cannot, as it was a cock and bull story. In fact, other than a recent meeting in Jordan between Secretary of State Blinken and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in November 2023, no other meeting took place.

If we recall, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution on 30 December 2022, calling on the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to give its opinion on the legal implications of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. To fail the UN Resolution and influence the International Court of Justice, Secretary of State Blinken held meetings with expelled surrendered former Hamas leader Ismail Haniyah and Hizbullah Secretary General Hassan Nasrullah to take them into confidence. Later, he also met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on 29 January 2023, and when the President of Palestine complaint about Israel's aggression where 35 Palestinians were killed in clashes with Israeli troops, he was confronted with blame on Muslim Palestinians where seven civilians were shot dead in Jerusalem outside a synagogue to pressurize Mahmoud Abbas to agree to a two-state solution. Blinken, however, to win West Bank to its side, promised $50 million in new economic assistance to Palestinians over the next two years, on top of $890 million already pledged, and 4G high-speed telecom services in the West Bank.

Many people have questioned why would Israel Defence Forces attacked its own people on the 7th of October 2023, terrorist attacks, killing innocent Jews and later the Muslim Palestinians. The answer is quite simple, the landmark European Parliament recommendation on relations with the Palestinian Authority [2021/2207(INI)] dated of 12 July 2023, called on the Israeli military authorities to withdraw their designation of six Palestinian social and human rights organisations as terrorist, in order not to further reduce the space for Palestinian civil society, and also demanded that the PA establish independent and reliable mechanisms to investigate occurrences of torture or ill-treatment and other human rights violations within its territory to hold security forces accountable for instances of arbitrary arrest, abuse, and torture, immediately release all political prisoners and drop all charges; condemn the continued use of torture by the Palestinian authorities. More so, the expected International Court of Justice’s opinion on the legal implications of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories would be a bombshell for the Israelis and Americans as all was going well in favour of Hamas as a seasoned political authority that does not follow the ideology of any militant group.

We cannot ignore the fact that even a country like Saudi Arabia which was previously portrayed as a country professing extremist ideology and threat to world peace agreed to normalize her relations with Israel, subject to the implementation of the resolution of the Palestine question on the basis of UNO Partition Plan dated 29 November 1947, with Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine. The fact cannot be denied that Saudi Arabia even allowed Israeli Tourism and Heritage Ministers to visit Saudi Arabia to participate in a UN conference in Riyadh in September/ October 2023. But Washington is threatening the Saudi Kingdom that Riyadh would require US’ continuous security from Israel, Iran, and Yemen. If we recall, Saudi Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman recently visited Washington and held a meeting with US Secretary of State and discussed ways to end Israeli aggression against unarmed Palestinians. When Saudi Arabia did not agree to the Israeli and American plans of replacing Hamas’s control over Gaza, the Saudi delegation was reminded about the threats to the very existence of the Kingdom. Brigadier General Pat Ryder, Pentagon issued a statement after a meeting between US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin and Saudi importance of the enduring US security partnership with Saudi Arabia and Washington’s commitment to the territorial defense of the Kingdom. The USS Carney, a US Navy guided-missile destroyer has been positioned over the Northern Red Sea at Western Yemen.

Hizbullah, which previously owned responsibility for the planning and execution phases of the attack on Israel has gone into denial mode while Iran which earlier claimed her sponsorship has totally denied any direct or indirect role. In a recent statement, Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrullah denied any hand in the 7 October or later attacks on Israel and said, “Even the Palestinians had kept it secret even from their fellow Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza.” Similarly, Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, President Ibrahim Raisi, and the commander of the Revolutionary Guards, Hussein Salami have denied any role in attacks on Israel or the Israeli population. In this game of bluff and coercion to isolate orthodox Muslim leaderships including Hamas from Palestine and convert the Orthodox Muslim majority in Asia, especially in the geographical expression Middle East” and “Central Asia” a laboratory of rule by broad-based representations of all factions of societies on religious grounds, as in Lebanon. It is high time that the International Court of Justice must take into account the suffering and genocide of the Palestinian nation at the hands of international players and resolve the issue once and for all. The peace-loving Jews of USA, Israel, Britain and Ireland do not know that a game of blood and horrifying genocide is being played in their names. In a recent development, US State Department confirmed that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited West Bank, Palestine on 5 November 2023, but the trip was kept secret till the time Blinken had not physically left the West Bank. Attributing to Spokesperson Matthew Miller on 5 November 2023, said, “Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken met today in Ramallah with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.” International Media groups and channels have also run stories of the Secretary of State's courteous visit to West Bank in the midst of protests and angry Palestinian mobs. Those, which covered the Secretary of State’s visit to the West Bank, included all the media around the world. However, the fact cannot be denied that US Secretary of State Blinken never visited West Bank or Palestinian territories after the 7 October 2023, attacks.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on 29 January 2023, where the President of Palestine complaint about Israel's aggression where 35 Palestinians were killed in clashes with Israeli troops and seven civilians were shot dead by a Palestinian attacker in Jerusalem outside a synagogue on Friday and agreed in principle to two-state solution. Blinken promised $50 million in new economic assistance to Palestinians over the next two years, on top of $890 million already pledged, and 4G high-speed telecom services in the West Bank. Later on 4 November 2023, Secretary of State Blinken met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in Amman, Jordan. There is no other visit that Washington can claim.

In fact, US is trying to act as a peacemaker but the Palestinians have rejected any mediation by the Western partners of Israel including some Muslim countries as these facilitators are accountable under, “State Sponsored Terrorism” and party to “Israeli War Crimes ” including the genocide of Palestinian orthodox Muslims. Secretary of State is quoted to have said, “We’re working very hard to make sure that the conflict in Gaza does not escalate, does not spread to other places. Whether it’s here, whether it’s elsewhere in the region,” but who carried out attacks on Syria, Iraq and Saudi border? Even after 7 October attacks, the Pentagon confirmed, “Since our self-defense strikes on 26 October, there’ve been six additional… three in Iraq, three in Syria. Right now, we’re tracking a total of 27 attacks, sixteen in Iraq, eleven in Syria”.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia is hosting an extraordinary meeting of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on 12 November 2023, at Riyadh. There is a demand from the Muslim nations implementation of UNO Partition Plan dated 29 November 1947, with Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine. If we recall, on 30 December 2022, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution calling on the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to give its opinion on the legal implications of Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories. In addition to this, those nations who are accomplices in the Israeli genocide of Palestinian orthodox Muslims of Gaza and other war crimes must be trialed on the charges of “State-Sponsored terrorism”. Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and other Muslim and Latin American and African countries have plans to bring peace and demand accountability of war criminals and terrorists.

It is high time that the United Nations Organizations, which have been made hostages through blackmailing of closure of all funding and killing of its workers in Gaza, be empowered to restore peace and implement laws of terrorism upon the nations who are engaged in these crimes. In the US, international terrorism is designated pursuant to three laws: section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act, section 40 of the Arms Export Control Act, and section 620A of the Foreign Assistance Act. Hence, sanctions include restrictions on receiving foreign assistance from countries involved; a ban on their defense exports and sales; financial and other restrictions as well as penalizing countries and individuals engaged in trade with them. To bring a halt to the evil of terrorist activity, Israel along with allies’ assets must be blocked including individuals and entities that pose a risk of committing acts of terrorism.
