The world is united over the question of recognition of Palestine. It is not only the leadership, but also the masses in the street holding rallies and protest marches to condemn Israeli genocide of Palestinians demanding compete independence of Palestine as sovereign state. The US-Israeli attack at Qatar; who planned, what were the motives…there is nothing that is hidden. Many nations do not know about some of Muslim countries but with a hope that Muslims will get united, it is time to burry the past and take a fresh start. Post 9 September attack on Doha, the Prime Minister of Qatar after betrayal by US and Israel admitted “a scar on the relationship with the US and Israel”, and expressed optimism, “ I hope by the time everyone learns the lesson that this kind of neighborhood relationship should not be violated and should not be undermined”. A visible ray of hope greets every nation. Instead of taking a short cut or a medium term planning, Muslims and allies need to opt the long-term strategic sustainable, flexible, and implementable plan at national, regional and international levels with terms and rules as per the Book of Guidance.

US-Israel and allies consider that they eliminated Hamas but it is not so. Leadership of Hamas who believes in peace including the Palestinian government in exile in the Eastern Europe, who were once in communication few months back have stopped trusting use modern gadgetry due to the role of Hypocrites which they played by not only identifying them but also spreading negative propaganda against Hamas leadership and setting similar traps against fellow Muslims. The last communication made several months ago, the Hamas leadership said, “Every Palestinian is supporter of Hamas, however, we recognize multi-parties within limits,” He said, every person born in Gaza or a Palestinian in exile should not be confused with Hamas leadership. We want to make it clear that neither former member Ismail Haniyeh nor Khalil al-Hayya belongs to Hamas leadership, they are proxies of Iran, Israel and the US and some other countries, tasked to give impression to the world that Hamas is funded and linked by Iran and Hizbullah… It is totally misleading and neither Hamas nor Al Ikhwan ul Muslimum (Muslim Brotherhood) has any connection with Iran or Iranian backed groups rather they trapped and got Hamas top leadership martyred.”

If we recall, Ismail Haniyeh along with Palestinian leaders; Samir Fandi, Azzam al-Aqra, Mahmoud Zaki Shaheen, Mohammad Bashasha, Mohammad al-Rayes, Ahmed Hammoud were to jointly meet to make something public. All these arrangements coincided with a huge was explosion that took place at the “Dahiyeh” area in southern Beirut on 2 January 2024, killing all Palestinian leaders and injuring 11 others in this drone attack. Ismail Haniyah was quick enough to admit in a televised address, “Seven members of the Palestinian group had been killed in the cowardly attack that killed Samir Fandi and Azzam al-Aqra, two leaders in the military wing of Hamas, as well as four other members of the group.” He disclosed that they were there as he organized meeting of Palestinian leaders with Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah on 3 January 2024. We saw similar tactics in Doha attack of 9 September 2025. Qatar claims that Hamas’s top leaders including Khalil al-Hayya; Zaher Jabarin, who leads Hamas in the West Bank; Muhammad Darwish, head of Hamas’s Shura Council; Nizar Awadallah; and Khaled Mashaal had gathered in Doha to discuss a new US-sponsored hostage-ceasefire proposal, aimed at ending the war in Gaza.

Focusing purely Palestine and Hamas, we know that some Muslim nations due to self interest and greed for territorial expansion and influence over other nations set traps for orthodox Muslims, especially Hamas. Keeping ruling Hamas’ leadership and members inside Gaza aside, many of the former Hamas leaders joined opposite rival quarters and enemies because they could not see themselves at top Palestinian leadership positions even in decades to come. There are lessons to be learnt from symbolic attacks on Qatar despite being strong ally and earlier on Iran and Lebanon… all Muslim nations and allies have to burry the past and take new start. Hamas believes in peace and as Quran has guided them to follow orders, they respect and regard Jews and Christians who themselves are target of Western and Israeli aggression. It is high time not to trust those who have betrayed and violated agreements and openly promote and ensure peace with no secret deals or understandings. Let us reject all previous hidden understandings with no “one to one talks” as policy of Truth and Openness should prevail. There are high hopes for peace and harmony in the region and beyond.
