The UN Commission of Inquiry on Palestine and Israel has issued findings and concluded that Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza

As per the details on September 16, 2025, the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel, a subsidiary body of the Human Rights Council, which investigated the events on and since 7 October 2023 until 31 July 2025, reported that Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces committed four of the five genocidal acts defined by the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, namely killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of the Palestinians in whole or in part, and imposing measures intended to prevent births.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump tweeted @realDonaldTrump on 16 September 2025, “I have just read a News Report that Hamas has moved hostages above the ground to use them as human shields against Israel’s ground offensive. I hope the leaders of Hamas known what they ‘re getting into if they do a such thing. This is a human atrocity, the likes of which few people ever seen before. Don’t this happen or ALL THE “BETS” ARE OFF. RELEASE ALL THE HOSTAGES NOW! President Trump told media persons, “Hamas would be in big trouble if they use hostages in Gaza as human shields during the new offensive launched by Israel. W will wait to hear what happens, because I heard Hamas is trying to use the old human shield deal, and if they do that they are going to be in big trouble."

The world is witnessing live fake self-engineered intelligence operations on the basis of which the legitimate government of Hamas in Gaza would be taken over and custodian appointed to divide Palestinian territories. The US-led Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has intensified senseless attacks in Gaza by trying to invade Gaza once again. Foreign nations, INGOs, International Organizations, investors and even some foreign based Palestinians are expressing their love and sincerity with Palestinians so that smooth takeover takes place and in the years to come they establish their businesses, exploit international funding and get huge kickbacks on the name of Palestine.

Meanwhile, Hamas available low tier of leadership in Gaza, resisting and successfully preventing Israel and allies to become “Occupying power in Gaza”, while remaining in anonymity said, “We have never carried out 7^th October 2023, attack inside Israel nor we are in possession of any hostage, dead or alive. The fake Hamas representatives who are claiming that they abducted hostages and earlier handed over some hostages to RC are impersonating themselves as Hamas. They have noting to do with Hamas in Gaza and it is a joint plan of US-Israel-Qatar and Egypt, who know about the attack and whereabouts of hostages”. He added, “We are cooperating with the UN and ready agree directives unconditionally but cannot trust who carried out our genocide to decide our fate… we have no idea with whom they have earlier negotiated or presently negotiating … they are not Hamas…”

US-Israel and allies are in real fix, as Hamas has offered International UN Observers to search for any hostage inside Gaza without interference and delay. Hamas suggested that UN nominated team under the security protection of Saudi Arabia, Turkey and France start search of every corner of Gaza. Hamas also warned that US-Qatar and Egypt have plans to show if Hamas abducted the Hostages and cautioned that negotiators must be asked about full identities of people impersonating as Hamas who earlier handed over some hostages to Red Cross and signed documents, if they are legitimate Hamas they must show their faces. Hamas also clarified, “our leadership was ready to cooperate with international Criminal Court (ICC) and produce booked Hamas leaders before ICC but as a conspiracy they all were martyred by IDF. Since UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry has confirmed Israeli and her allies genocide of Palestinians and its is sole responsibility of UNO to secure Palestinians from further genocide so Israel must be declared as “Criminal Force” rather than “Invading Power” from all official documents and warn military action before actually granting Turkey mandate to use force under United Nations Security Council's Chapter VII Article 41 and Article 42 authority explicitly use of force to maintain or restore international peace and security.
