The UN General Assembly today, on the 12th of September 2025, voted in favour "The New York Declaration," a resolution that recognizes the Independent State of Palestine. It is a day to rejoice but with a heavy heart, remembering the worst genocide of the Palestinian Muslims and their continuing miseries. With a lot of if and buts that need to be still worked out to ensure the rights of Palestinians are guaranteed and hidden clauses are properly addressed, todays voting will lead to a follow up in the upcoming UN summit co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and France on 22 September in New York, in which many nations have promised to formally recognize the Palestinian as a independent and sovereign state.
The text was adopted by 142 votes in favor, 10 against and 12 abstentions. The document is formally called The New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution. The declaration condemns attacks by Israel against civilians in Gaza and civilian infrastructure, siege and starvation, which have resulted in a devastating humanitarian catastrophe and protection crisis. It stresses “there is no justification for breaches in grave violation of international law, including international humanitarian law, and stressed the need for accountability”. The declaration also condemns the attacks committed by Hamas against civilians inside Israel on the 7th of October and demanded that Hamas must free all hostages.
The Declaration provides a scheme leading to independence of Palestine as a sovereign state, where all Israeli forces will be withdrawn to end the war and Hamas is required to end its rule in Gaza and hand over its weapons to the Palestinian Authority, with international engagement and support. A Transitional Administrative Committee will be established to operate under the umbrella of the Palestinian Authority while the security responsibilities have been assigned to the Palestinian Authority alone. The Declaration provides Two-State solution on the basis of the 1967 lines, including Jerusalem that involves Israel and Palestine living side-by-side, in peace and with full regional integration and mutual recognition.
As regard to humanitarian assistance the Declaration assures unconditional and unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance in coordination with the UN and ICRC and in line with humanitarian principles engaging the UN, its agencies, international organizations including UNRWA that will be later handed over to Palestinian institutions. The Declaration endorses Arab-OIC reconstruction plan to allow early recovery and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip, while ensuring that Palestinians remain in their land. It provides establishment of dedicated reconstruction international Trust Fund for the purpose.
Palestinian Authority has been empowered to invite a Temporary international Stabilization Mission to be mandated under the aegis of the United Nations and in line with UN principles with appropriate regional and international support including contribution of troops by member states. All look good for a movement but a lot of deliberations are required making this opportunity of peace a reality. Many thanks to the UNO, nations states, supporting Jews, Christians and Muslims around the world that made this voting success story. It is time for the US and Israel must also learn lessons and end the rivalries based on mere apprehensions and suspicions.

The world is united over the question of recognition of Palestine. It is not only the leadership, but also the masses in the street holding rallies and protest marches to condemn Israeli genocide of Palestinians demanding compete independence of Palestine as sovereign state. The US-Israeli attack at Qatar; who planned, what were the motives…there is nothing that is hidden. Many nations do not know about some of Muslim countries but with a hope that Muslims will get united, it is time to burry the past and take a fresh start. Post 9 September attack on Doha, the Prime Minister of Qatar after betrayal by US and Israel admitted “a scar on the relationship with the US and Israel”, and expressed optimism, “ I hope by the time everyone learns the lesson that this kind of neighborhood relationship should not be violated and should not be undermined”. A visible ray of hope greets every nation. Instead of taking a short cut or a medium term planning, Muslims and allies need to opt the long-term strategic sustainable, flexible, and implementable plan at national, regional and international levels with terms and rules as per the Book of Guidance.
US-Israel and allies consider that they eliminated Hamas but it is not so. Leadership of Hamas who believes in peace including the Palestinian government in exile in the Eastern Europe, who were once in communication few months back have stopped trusting use modern gadgetry due to the role of Hypocrites which they played by not only identifying them but also spreading negative propaganda against Hamas leadership and setting similar traps against fellow Muslims. The last communication made several months ago, the Hamas leadership said, “Every Palestinian is supporter of Hamas, however, we recognize multi-parties within limits,” He said, every person born in Gaza or a Palestinian in exile should not be confused with Hamas leadership. We want to make it clear that neither former member Ismail Haniyeh nor Khalil al-Hayya belongs to Hamas leadership, they are proxies of Iran, Israel and the US and some other countries, tasked to give impression to the world that Hamas is funded and linked by Iran and Hizbullah… It is totally misleading and neither Hamas nor Al Ikhwan ul Muslimum (Muslim Brotherhood) has any connection with Iran or Iranian backed groups rather they trapped and got Hamas top leadership martyred.”
If we recall, Ismail Haniyeh along with Palestinian leaders; Samir Fandi, Azzam al-Aqra, Mahmoud Zaki Shaheen, Mohammad Bashasha, Mohammad al-Rayes, Ahmed Hammoud were to jointly meet to make something public. All these arrangements coincided with a huge was explosion that took place at the “Dahiyeh” area in southern Beirut on 2 January 2024, killing all Palestinian leaders and injuring 11 others in this drone attack. Ismail Haniyah was quick enough to admit in a televised address, “Seven members of the Palestinian group had been killed in the cowardly attack that killed Samir Fandi and Azzam al-Aqra, two leaders in the military wing of Hamas, as well as four other members of the group.” He disclosed that they were there as he organized meeting of Palestinian leaders with Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah on 3 January 2024. We saw similar tactics in Doha attack of 9 September 2025. Qatar claims that Hamas’s top leaders including Khalil al-Hayya; Zaher Jabarin, who leads Hamas in the West Bank; Muhammad Darwish, head of Hamas’s Shura Council; Nizar Awadallah; and Khaled Mashaal had gathered in Doha to discuss a new US-sponsored hostage-ceasefire proposal, aimed at ending the war in Gaza.
Focusing purely Palestine and Hamas, we know that some Muslim nations due to self interest and greed for territorial expansion and influence over other nations set traps for orthodox Muslims, especially Hamas. Keeping ruling Hamas’ leadership and members inside Gaza aside, many of the former Hamas leaders joined opposite rival quarters and enemies because they could not see themselves at top Palestinian leadership positions even in decades to come. There are lessons to be learnt from symbolic attacks on Qatar despite being strong ally and earlier on Iran and Lebanon… all Muslim nations and allies have to burry the past and take new start. Hamas believes in peace and as Quran has guided them to follow orders, they respect and regard Jews and Christians who themselves are target of Western and Israeli aggression. It is high time not to trust those who have betrayed and violated agreements and openly promote and ensure peace with no secret deals or understandings. Let us reject all previous hidden understandings with no “one to one talks” as policy of Truth and Openness should prevail. There are high hopes for peace and harmony in the region and beyond.

On the Anniversary of 9/11 attacks, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is blaming the US for the genocide of Palestinians orthodox Muslims including Hamas, in Gaza, West Bank, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and elsewhere. Admitting the crime (of genocide), he confirmed that Israel Defence Forces (IDF) and Intelligence units carried out the killings of Palestinians and “We did exactly what America did”. Tel Aviv quoted what America did in the wake of 11 September 2021, when US President promised, “to hunt down the terrorists who committed this heinous crime, wherever they may be. And it also passed a resolution in the Security Council of the UN two weeks later that said that governments cannot give harbor to terrorists.” The fact cannot be denied that alone in Afghanistan and Pakistan America ruthlessly killed over 1.6 million orthodox Afghan Muslim men, women and children without trial or regret.
Prime Minister Netanyahu compared 7 October 2023 attack inside Israel, which he termed as worst savagery against the Jewish people with 11 September attacks by few American nationals of Arab origin, who hijacked four local commercial aero-planes and crashed at US Intelligence hub of Twin Towers and military headquarters at Pentagon in which around 3,000 people were killed. Israeli Prime Minister claims Israel followed American approach and eliminated terrorists including recent attack on Qatar, accusing the Arab nation of harboring terrorists, financing Hamas and giving its leaders mansions.
Similarly, India is taking 26 November 2008 Mumbai attacks in which 166 people were killed as license to eliminate Muslim in Pakistan, India, Indian held Jammu and Kashmir and elsewhere. India also followed the same pattern of the US and Israel when Prime Minister of India Narenda Modi announced, “India will identify, track and punish every terrorist and their backers. "We will pursue them to the ends of the Earth." When in the Prime Minister Modi was asked about India’s recent missile attack inside Pakistan, his reply was simple, “We did exactly what America and Israel did”. Ironically, in contrary the US harbored Mumbai attack terrorists including American nationals of Indian origin Chicago businessman Tahawwur Hussain Rana and David Coleman Headley?
One wonders if this is the case; there are hundred and thousands of terrorists and outlaws who have taken asylum or illegally living in Western countries including US, Canada, Britain and elsewhere, should the aggrieved countries be allowed to ruthlessly kill them, their families, facilitators and the countries that are harbouring them? The Western democracies, especially the US and unrecognized ally Israel must end this state sponsored terrorism, targeting unarmed innocents people without trials. We have time to get civilized but if allies and US still feel justified let us table a resolution at the UNO to legitimate such state sponsored killings so that all nations equally benefit from this uncivilized, inhuman and barbaric mindset.

Keeping aside evidences of US Navy Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier, instead of rendering an apology for committing an international crime against a sovereign state, by twist of words President Trump administration has neither accepted the responsibility of attack on Qatar’s sovereignty nor refuted it. The statement issued by White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt is difficult to transcribe in diplomatic terms as Washington is trying to evade responsibility but at the same time admits the crime.
The verbatim statement is reproduced without omitting even a comma or full stop, “Unilaterally bombing inside Qatar, a sovereign nation a close ally of United States that is working very hard and bravely taking risk with us to broke peace, does not advance Israel or United States goals. However, eliminating Hamas, who have profited the misery those living in Gaza is a worthy goal. President Trump immediately directed special Envoy Witkoff to inform the Qataris of the impending attack, which he did. The President views Qatar as a strong ally and friend of the United States and feels very badly about the location of this attack. President Trump wants all hostages in Gaza and the bodies of the dead released and this war to end now.”
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Qatar, Muhammad Bin Abdur Rahman Al Thani has exhibited the tall stature of Arab leadership; how Muslim leaders behave in a situation where so called most trusted ally proved to be worst enemy. In a statement the Prime Minister of Qatar said, "....We are not adopting a policy that is escalatory and taking it to another level. We always resort; we call for others for diplomacy but also resort for ourself. And basically that would definitely have its scar on the relationship, what happened today. But I hope by the time everyone learns the lesson that this kind of neighbourhood relationship should not be violated and should not be undermined,...."
Prime Minister of Qatar has taken a bold step by declaiming that after the unprovoked attack, the US-Israel and Qatar relationship “would definitely have its scar on the relationship” Now doubt, peaceful nations of the world committed a great blunder by pardoning USA when she terrorize the whole by dropping two two nuclear bombs on Japanese cities of Hiroshima in 1945 that killed and maimed hundreds of thousands of people, and their effects are still in the Japanese nation. It is time to pardon everyone’s past follies and take a new start towards peace and harmony between nations. But at the same time we should never forget the lesson learnt from our pasts. UNO must be more empowered in the future to handle all such issues and act as instrument of peace, ensuring equality of all nations under the UN Charter.

Tele Aviv and Washington are really in a fix over the British attitude, especially absenting in recent voting at the UNGA. Israeli President Isaac Herzog is all set to visit London to discuss plan action on already chalked out moves. However, such actions are likely to fail and ruin the economies of participating allied nations. US and Britain are already facing recession and any misadventure would isolate these countries for decades to come.
As regard to the Middle Eastern nations, they are well aware of the Western strategic plans to break their backbone by putting US companies and Iran at the control the sale of oil in the region and beyond, depriving Arab countries form exporting oil to countries like Pakistan and India.
In the most recent development the Muslim nations have not yet decided to designate Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) and certain individuals and groups as Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) and Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) respectively, as well as also declaring those who are assisting and funding them with the same statuses. Although, these plans have even not yet put into writing for circulation but if approved by the Muslim nations and allies, the FTO and SDGY organizations, individuals and groups could be attacked in foreign lands legally and legitimately under the international law.
In another development, Israeli aircrafts took off from US Navy Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier in Iranian maritime sea and carried out attack on Qatar. Another report says that Israeli aircrafts took off from Nimitz Class US Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier strike group deployed in the Indian Ocean. Whatever the case may be US and Israel might be thinking that they easily double-crossed leadership of Qatar by one side accepting US $400 million Boeing 747 for the use as US Air Force and on the other side, President Trump approved Israeli airstrikes on Doha breaching Qatar’s sovereignty. It is high time that Washington and Tel Aviv should unconditionally agree to abide by the International laws as well as the UNO resolutions/ judgments, otherwise other countries have also the rights to evoke Articles from UNO Charter. One wonders President Trump wanted to make America Great but why he cannot he see what the US tax payers at American streets and masses around the world are demanding… “end to the genocide of Palestinian Muslims”.
GENEVA, 7 SEPTEMBER 2025, (TON): In the latest development, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) has voted overwhelmingly to move its September session from New York City to Geneva after the US government refused entry visas to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and around 80 other senior Palestinian officials.
The Resolution against US-Israeli arrogance and to move UNGA’s session from New York to Geneva was supported by 154-2 votes. Only the US and Israel voted against the resolution. Britain abstained.
Meanwhile, the US State Department had confirmed that it had denied the visas for “national security,” and that the Palestinian Authority was undermining peace efforts.
In is important to recall that appeal to the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice at the Hague against Israel’s genocide in Gaza has also pending.
From the legal point of view Washington’s ban is a clear violation of the 1947 UN Headquarters Agreement, which requires the host country to provide access for all accredited delegations.
The 80th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 80) will open on Tuesday, 9 September 2025. The high-level General Debate will run from 23–27 September and conclude on 29 September 2025.

American taxpayers across the US are at the cross road to decide at which level they should resist Washington’s open violation of Federal Laws. The Intelligence community has misguided President Donald Trump if he is above the law. Americans are quite clear that President Trump broke the Posse Comitatus Act that bars the use of the military in civilian law enforcement, except in certain exceptions.
No doubt some of President Trump’s past actions lead to make America Great but this does not mean that violation of Federal law should go unchecked. We have 2nd September 2025, verdict of US District Judge Charles Breyer who pronounced that the Trump administration broke federal law by sending National Guard troops to Los Angeles in June in response to protests over immigration raids and also passed orders for the administration to refrain from using them to execute laws. Hence, the President Trump should know well that he setting a precedent that he and his administration has no respect for the American constitution.
There should be no mistake that local policing and law and order enforcement are separate from military operations. Here there is no requirement of military automatic assault rifles, grenade launchers, improvised explosive devices, helicopter gunships and deadly drones to suppress unarmed civilians. We cannot deny the fact that there is no insurgency or guerrilla warfare-taking place where military or military tactics would be required.
Today many nations still consider America as beacon of democracy and human rights but if this is the real face of America one feel concerned President Trump attempt of military occupation of Chicago to target protesters especially Jewish activists supporting Palestinian solidarity movement is a dangerous move. If the action is not reversed there is a need to review if Statue of Liberty allowed should be displaced at New York or returned to France. The UNO bodies must monitor the breach of human rights and state sponsored coercive tactics in the US to restore democratic best practices.

President Donald Trump is doing a nice job by restoring law and order in the USA by arresting criminals. But eliminating and expelling them and families from their homes, where they were living since decades and in many cases several generations, is not a wise step. Aren’t these the same people who were encouraged, instigated and misled by US government to immigrate to the US against the wish of the countries the belonged; immigrate to a dream country and the “Free World”.
Unaware hidden agenda of Intelligence agencies and gangs and groups associated with them, President Trump administration and others have chosen a dirty job that would undermine American democracy. Forgetting that USA is not a country but a union of states, having independent identities, coercive tactics and strategies would destroy what founders of present day USA had deemed for these occupied territories. The politics of bounties, rewards and incentives will not work here but would cast cracks in American democracy in the same manner how erstwhile Soviet Union got disintegrated after the introduction of Perestroika and Glasnost by the Russian President at that time.
Since sometime several Billions of dollars were allocated by Western nations including the US, Canada, Britain etc for operations through third countries. All lists have been prepared and more Mata Data is being generated to flush out criminals and undesired elements. Interestingly, the focus is not on the white populations professing moderate Christian faith or anti-Christ but immigrants who managed to get nationalities or have established their businesses including immigrant Jews, orthodox Christians and Muslims. The rule of the game is not only to trace illegals and criminals but also to flush out individuals and groups having linkage with elements against free world. For older people and undesired people biological waves and artificially generated disasters operations are in the pipeline.
In the month of August, 30 federal agents arrived at the Naval Base while hundreds of homeland security officers were on their move. Naval Station Great Lakes has been requisitioned to witness increased activity as Federal forces including the Marines, personnel from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) oversees agencies, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) who moved in on 2 September 2025 and their stay if not prolonged would stay up to 30 September 2025. One of their major tasks would be to act under the garb of federal statutes and focus on Counter Terrorism, detention and interrogation of suspects and enforcement of immigration laws. The US Marines, as part of the Department of Defense (DoD) will be assisting DHS, ICE, and CBP personnel.
The DHS has introduced a new system where state and law enforcement personnel will be paid handsome amount for assisting Federal agents in materializing arrest and eviction of suspected criminals including religious extremists, terrorists, armed gangs, murderers, rapists from American communities to pave way for moderates including atheists including Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer, Intersex, Asexual etc. From 1 October 2025, participating law enforcement and others will have reimbursement opportunities. In the name of national effort to ensure the safety of American families, these operations not only confined to the US but around the world. It is being claimed that those expelled or voluntarily return to their countries of origin would spread American culture and bring change. One wonders should it go like this that for the freedom of Americans and allies, other nations will have to sacrifice their freedom, independence and sovereignty.

Iranian President Dr Masoud Pezeshkian along with Iranian Foreign Minister, senior ministers, and other high-ranking officials landed at Lahore's Allama Iqbal International Airport on 2 August 2025, where received by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and senior provincial officials. The President of brotherly Iran along with delegation proceeded directly to the mausoleum of Sir Dr Allama Muhammad Iqbal and paid homage to the great poet. Why the Iranian President landed at Lahore instead of federal capital Islamabad and why President of Pakistan was not there to receive at the airport? These give absurd and dangerous signals.
If we recall, Pakistan’s Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi visited Mashhad, Iran on 14 July 2025, to participate in Iran-Iraq-Pakistan conference on Zaireen (pilgrims) including managing the Arba'een pilgrimage. He also held separate meeting Iranian President Dr Pezeshkian and shared Pakistan contribution for with unity among Muslim countries through introducing Iranian religious, cultural and heritage bonds. Interestingly, as a preplanned move Mohsin Naqvi declared on 27 July 2025 that land route from Pakistan to Iran would be closed to Pakistani Zaireen whereas in the conference he was too vocal about airlifting Zaireen from Quetta to Taftan under military security. What could be Mohsin Naqi’s objective in visiting Iran for making arrangements in Iran and Iraq during Arba'een is quite obnoxious.
As reaction, Dr. Shabbir Hassan Maisami, the Secretary-General of the Shia Ulema Council Pakistan, Chairman Zahra Academy Pakistan & Secretary General Islami Tehreek Pakistan threaten Islamabad of severe consequences gave 24 hours deadline to Government of Pakistan otherwise they would take stage in Islamabad. Allama Syed Nasir Abbas Taqvi announced that State cannot impose war and it is sole responsibility of Ulama to issue Fatwa. Similarly, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami declared that Shi’ite do not require any license for religious processions and demanded removal of ban from Quaid-e-Azam’s fellow school of thought, Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqa Jafferia. At Press Club Islamabad leader of Majlis Wadhat Muslimeen, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffery also declared that they will not accept any restriction for Shiite on Pak-Iran border and he would lead the procession to border.
It is matter of concern that the childish statement by Pakistan’s Federal Interior Minister resulted in social media campaigns creating lawlessness; anti-state statements condemnation of Pakistani authorities and the same must be investigated. It is also to be investigated how Federal Minister of Interior can visit to a foreign country to meet President of another country and carryout discussion on Iran-Iraq-Pakistan conference on pilgrims as well as other issues when Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has been given the mandate to deal with such subjects. Pakistani authorities should not wait for the worse and put the country in order.

As per the Western sources, recent surfacing of footprints of international terrorism, especially Middle East and the West has raised loud alarms causing serious concerns. The Western players are blaming Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan behind the dirty game. However, it is too early to conclude with accuracy unless remaining missing pieces of puzzle are fit in their correct places. Since decades blame was leveled of Orthodox Muslims, often referred as fundamentalist Sunni Muslims but a recent disclosure has opened everyone’s eyes as joint conspires by other religious groups including Shi’ites have been surfaced. One wonders if they are really involved in terrorism and linked with Daish and ISIS or not.
In the recent development, warning shots have been fired for Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan with regard to their conspiracy to destabilize Middle East and North Africa. It is strange that Iran expelled several million Shi’ite Afghan refugees from 2007 till today but where are they? Just a fraction of said refugees are in Afghanistan so where are the rest? As regard to Pakistan, every year, thousands of Pakistani pilgrims travel to Iran, Iraq and Syria to visit religious shrines in these and other countries. Many of the Shi’ite Afghan also get Pakistan Computerized National Identity Cards through NADRA and flee to other countries. An official of NADRA contacted disclosed that there is no employment policy here at NADRA. Acquaintances of higher ups are given high salary temporary and Contract jobs without the approval of Federal Public Service Commission. The commit frauds and are never accountable as they are not permanent employees. He confirmed their involvement in preparation of fake cards.
It was worth concern that in mid July 2025, Pakistan’s Minister for Religious Affairs, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said, “Pakistan government was not keeping record of 40,000 Pakistani Shia Zaireen who did not return from Iraq, Iran and Syria”. Last year, on 24 July 2024, Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Chaudhry Salik Hussain shared horrifying figures that more than 50,000 Pakistani Zaireen, who went to Iraq for religious purposes did not return. For a second if we believe that these illegal absconders are not involved in terrorism we cannot ignore that the European Union (EU) and Pakistan have a readmission agreement that establishes the mutual obligation to readmit their nationals who do not, or no longer, fulfill the conditions for entry, presence, or residence in the other's territory. This agreement also covers the readmission of third-country nationals and stateless persons under certain conditions.
It is too early to blame Pakistani Shi’ites for their involvement in terrorism. But even in case they are not terrorists, such people may cause heavy burden on Government of Pakistan if they have fled to Europe for better living. According to the agreement Pakistan has to bear all expenditure for their repatriation in case it is proved that Pakistan allowed them to use their soil to proceed abroad or embark without authorization. The concern from Western countries is not without substance as terrorism is curse and equally dangerous are illegals residents. Pakistani authorities must cooperate with international community to track down these tens and thousands of Zaireen who fled to other countries not only to defame Pakistan but their involvement in crimes has seriously put peace at stake.
