The unprovoked attacks by the US and allies on Iranian nuclear facilities for the second time is condemned in the strongest possible words and require joint UNO and International Atomic Energy Authority (IAEA) inquiry to punish those behind it. President Donald Trump has confirmed that US Air Force bombers carried attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities at Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan on 21/21 June 2025, but dame is yet to be accessed. Earlier, Iranian nuclear facility at Natanz was attacked on 13 June 2025, killing 78 people and injuring more than 370 others. Despite the fact that after this attack IAEA warned the world that although at present “there is no radiological release affecting the public but there is a danger this could occur”, the US preferred attack ignoring IAEA warning as if Washington, Israel and allies are above all laws.

With these attacks Washington has set foundation for a new law that allows other countries to attack nuclear facilities of foreign nations, which they consider as a threat. Let us see how members of United Nations will respond as those supporting the attacks, in fact, have unwittingly endorsed to the new law. The new law has will create a lot of jobs as additional security would be required for each nations to protect their nuclear facilities which are even entirely for peaceful purposes. Unless UNO and IAEA condemn it and take action, it will always be take as a precedent.

Interestingly, ongoing conflict between Israel on one side and Iran and Houthis on the other took place in a controlled environment with extensive use of Artificial Intelligence social media campaign in order to project World War I and II allies as heroes and future leaders. Washington is saying about Houthis and Iranians that there is lot of bravery there. About Houthis President Trump said, “we honour their commitment, and they gave us their words that they won’t be shooting ships anymore we are with them but we take their words.” One thing we are sure that Western nations and Israel will never launch full fledge attack on Iran or on Yemen but is it matter of concern why same approach was not seen when US attacked Afghan, Iraqis, Libyan and others?

The is no doubt that the United States, a member of United Nations Organization has committed has seriously violated the UN Charter, international law and the NPT by attacking Iran's peaceful nuclear installations. In accordance with the UN Charter and its provisions Iran has all options to defend its sovereignty, interest, and people but we must prevent further hostilities and war. Due to the recent aggression our trust in American leadership has been shattered, one is not sure whether this trust can ever be restored or not. Despite all odds, there is still hope for resolution of all issues through peaceful means. It is time that UNO, International organizations, peace-loving nations and general masses play their due roles for peace.
