Much propaganda by provincial authorities is being carried out about Bano Bibi and Ahsan Ullah who were married having children but were engaged in Zina, relationship outside the marriage and were murdered. As investigation is still in progress, it is yet to determine whether Sardar Sherbaz Satakzai, who allowed killing is national hero for implementing limits ordered by Almighty Allah in Quran as well as protecting centuries old Baloch traditional and culture or he is a criminal. Apparently, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has personal rivalry and personality clash with Sardar Sherbaz Satakzai which is apperant from his statements against him. What ever the case may be - we witnessed not only provincial machinery’s action beyond mandate on an AI generated fake video but also found FIR seriously defective and baised postmortem report which is likely to draw wrong conclusions.

An defective FIR has been registered against the suspects under Sections 147 (rioting), 148 (rioting while armed with a deadly weapon), 149 (unlawful assembly) and 302 (murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code and the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. However, sections related to abetment (Section 107-109) were not included to the FIR. Surprisingly, on 22 July 2025, Superintendent of Police Syed Saboor Agha of Serious Crimes Investigation Wing (SCIW) Balochistan added Section 311 of Pakistan Penal Code to the FIR, which is illegal as document cannot be altered without court’s approval. If we recall, Criminal Law (Amendment) (Offences in the name or pretext of Honour) Act, 2016 was introduce where, “For murder committed in the name of honour, even if the accused is pardoned by the Wali or other family members of the victim, the Court will still punish the accused with imprisonment for life.”

This development came after video statement of Gul Jan, mother of Bano Bibi, who clarified that her daughter and Ihsanullah had brought dishonor to the family as their neighbour developed illicit relations with her daughter and stayed with her in Duki for 25 days before returning. She also claimed. that Ihsanullah repeatedly taunted her sons, made TikTok videos holding bullets, and threatened the family with violence. She said, “We killed them and did so rightfully. He would challenge my sons, mock them, and even made threats by drawing cross over my sons' pictures, saying he would kill them.” Earlier, families of both the victims refused to lodge FIR, saying that their son and daughter were rightly murdered as the violated limits set by Almighty Allah and also breached Baloch cultural norms.

As per media reports, the Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) has strongly condemned the statement issued by the parents of a woman recently murdered in Balochistan and claimed that remarks suggest that the murder was committed with their consent. PUC said, “Islamic Shariah mandates that even if a close relative is involved in an act of injustice, they must be held accountable” also declared it contrary to the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, as well as the Constitution and laws of Pakistan. It is shocking that PUC can issue such a statement when Quran has issued an obligatory ruling for Momineen, not to marry any person engaged in adultery (fornicator) and declared it forbidden to the believers. Not only in Holy Quran but also in Holy Taurat (Torah Deuteronomy 22:21) and Holy Injeel (Bible John 8:3-11) there is punishment for stoning to death for both the adulerers.

Interestingly, Police surgeon, Ayesha Faiz at Civil Hospital Quetta, who carried out postmortem confirmed autopsies were conducted following exhumation. Post-mortem findings revealed the woman was shot seven bullets; one on the backside of head and others on front in chest and abdomen. With regard to man he received nine bullets on chest and abdomen. The man received seven bullets. She added that body of woman was in bad shape while that of man was comparatively in better form and the exact timeline of the incident is being determined through forensic and medical analysis.

There is no doubt that no person including state factories should be allowed to take law into their hands unless authorized by the Court of Law but there are many laws in Pakistan that are contrary to the Quran thus constitutionally invalid that need review. Those who are presenting and projecting fake stories must comprehend that the autopsies of victims proves, though require further confirmations, that the woman was shot at back of her head and when she fell down she was shot several bullets by person at the front and as regard to man all bullets were fired from front side. This totally rejects what has been shown in the video and being claimed. Hence, all dialogues are also fake and self generated. Let the investigation complete but the human rights organizations must record the truth in their reports as the story of Bano Bibi and Ahsan Ullah has been cooked up by anti-Pakistan proxies to silent the Baloch Sardars to follow Islamic teachings and preserve their culture and traditions.
