President Donald Trump, during his meeting with Muslim leaders on at the sidelines of UN General Assembly in New York on 23 September 2025, presented a "21-point plan" to end the war in Gaza. The Muslim nations included Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Turkey attended a closed-door meeting where President Trump discussed the plan. Interestingly, the “21-point plan” is not available in a document form while US authorities are tight lipped.

It reminds secret treaty, “Sykes-Picot Agreement” between British negotiator Mark Sykes and French negotiator François Georges-Picot that divided the Ottoman Empire into zones of influence after the war. It also reminds a series of exchange of letters between Henry McMahon, the British High Commissioner in Egypt, and Sharif Hussein Bin Ali of Mecca during First World War. Both The New York Declaration of 12 September 2025 and President Trump 21-point plan of 23 September 2025 have hidden clauses that anti-Hamas - anti Palestinians and anti – Muslims as well as anti - Jews but this is the only document endorsed by UNGA as solution between Israel and Palestine.

The Western Intelligence could anticipate that the Palestine is about to achieve Independence so they planned to divide Muslim world and their allies. Interestingly, this time the allies of Muslims who were most vocal to defend orthodox Muslims of Gaza in order to save them from Israeli and her allies’ genocide happened to be not only Muslims but Jews, Christian and others. In a covert operation US and Israel attacked Qatar on 9 September 2025, to target former members of Hamas who shifted their loyalties towards Iran, US and Israel to divert the focus from UNGA summit on Palestine to Doha’s Arab-Islamic Summit so as to change leadership from Co-Chairs Saudi Arabia and France to US, Qatar and Egypt for the final solution of Israeli-Palestine dispute.

The New York Declaration of 12 September 2025 with its hidden clauses and the President Trump a 21-point plan are all the same to divide the Muslims so that they fight with each others in the decades to come. The hidden clauses will transform from the older version of divide i.e. “Arab – Non-Arab”, to new version i.e. Arab, African and other Muslim world. In this complex scenario, the Muslims and allies have only single opportunity to implement “The New York Declaration of 12 September 2025” instead of looking for other options. It is high time to reject other plans  and confine to UN-endorsed Declaration and get going to implement it. The implementation plan has been prepared and will be published in a day or so that requires all stakeholders give due consideration for any last minute changes before on ground implementation in letter and spirit. The good new yet to be officially announced is that Hamas has agreed to hand over the control under the guarantees by Saudi, French and Turkish leadership.
