NEW YORK, 2 October 2020, (TON): US President Donald Trump is being moved to the Walter Reed Military Medical Center in Washington from where he will be working for the next few days. First Lady Melania Trump had tested positive for Covid-19 and as a precaution, President Trump has been moved to safer location.
According to his Spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany, as a precaution he has been shifted to Military Hospital on the recommendation of his physician and medical experts at the Pentagon.
As per the reports President Trump suffered from mild symptoms, however, has been and performed normal working throughout the day.
A helicopter has arrived at the White House to transport him to the Medical Center.
As per the military authorities Walter Reed hospital is usually the first stop over for US military personnel wounded in wars abroad. President Trump will be provided communications to remain contacted and perform normal work.
There are whispers all around that President Trump has been detained in Walter Reed Military Medical Center to damage his popularity as day by day he is gaining popularity and likely to win November election. There was a prong tension going between White House and Pentagon over a number of issues including sending troops abroad and gay and lesbian issue. President Trump called troops to return home and was critical to US military interventions being costly and ineffective. He has been accused that he made disparaging remarks about US soldiers who were captured or killed in battle abroad including 1,800 US soldiers who died at Belleau Wood as "suckers". According to US media, President Trump cancelled a visit to a US cemetery outside Paris in 2018 because he said it was "filled with losers", however, president denounced these claims as "made up fake news".
