All is not well with the US electoral system as fraud election-2020 did happen in front of our eyes. But the evidences and incidents were over-sighted by the US judicial system as in most of the case the appeals before the Courts were rejected due to technical reasons. Now as the main deadline has passed, there seems only option to directly file cases in Supreme Court to seek justice. This was indeed, a very wise plan to do away time delay and file directly with the highest court in the US. As the world is watching and there seem attempts to create hurdles due to the announcement of forged and fraud results to prevent President Donald Trump to continue tenure at Presidential office, Supreme Court is a valid option to seek justice. There is a serious threat of prosecution for exercising a fundamental right of the millions of voters who voted in favour of President Trump but their rights have been denied through fraud elections. US Supreme Court might take Suo Motto action to protect rights of US tax payers otherwise a direct case is eminent.

Joe Biden led Republicans are rejoicing that Electoral College are now protected by law and the deadline passed on Tuesday that allow legal challenges to the election but President Donald Trump and his followers are determined to fight for the rights. In a recent development, Republican attorneys general in 17 states Wednesday backed President Donald Trump in his increasingly desperate and audacious legal campaign to reverse the results. President Trump is quite optimistic that the Supreme Court will hear the case and ultimately pronounce election 2020 fraud as well as award him a second term. In the name of justice and street support to President Trump, the Supreme Court is likely to take Suo Motto action or at least accept the case to extend justice to millions of US voters who voted for President Trump.
