JAKARTA, 29 March, 2021 (TON): After Monday midnight, a massive blaze at an oil refinery in Indonesia's West Java province caused three people missing and 19 others injured.
Five of the wounded suffered serious injuries and nearly 1,000 residents living nearby were evacuated, officials said.
Hadi Rahmat, Head of the Disaster Management Agency's Emergency Unit in West Java province said that three people remain missing, five are seriously wounded and 14 others suffered minor injuries.
The five persons are being intensively treated at the Pertamina Hospital.
Nearly 1,000 people have been evacuated to two sports centers and an Islamic center, he said.
However, the cause of the fire is still unknown while during the accident heavy downpours with lightning happened.
