The United Nations Organization has set a new precedent for the cause of equality of all classes of human beings; good and bad, law-abiding and criminals, victims of terrorism and terrorists are all equal at the UN rather the bad, criminals and terrorists will onwards be treated as the guest of honours. Onwards, the war criminals and terrorists can be the official guests at UN forums at its Headquarters or elsewhere and encouraged to issue threat warnings live from the UN to the whole world.

Despite the issuance of arrest warrants against Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for his involvement in the genocide of Palestinian Orthodox-Muslims and other war crimes by International Court of Justice, he was invited as an official guest at 79th United Nations General Assembly at UN Headquarters in New York on 27 September 2024. He issued threat warnings at the podium of UNO and off he goes without any attempt of his arrest or confinement.

Meanwhile, thousands of protesters marched through the streets of New York denouncing the Israeli genocide and war crimes in Gaza. These protesters are from all faith and nationalities including Jews, Christians and Muslims who assembled in front of United Nations Headquarters and displayed posters and chanted slogans: “We stand with Palestine”, “Free Palestine”, ”Free all Palestinians Political Prisoners”, “Stop funding genocide”, “Break the Imperial Chains”, “Down with all war criminals”, “We hate all US Presidents”, “No to Democratic Party of Genocide”, “Prime Minister of Genocide”, “End US Aid to Israel”…

The hall at UN Headquarters was near to empty as a majority of the diplomats walked out in protest against Israel's Prime Minister's speech at UN General Assembly and Israeli genocide and war crimes against unarmed Palestinians. While addressing UN member countries and the whole world, war criminal Prime Minister Netanyahu said, “We’re building a partnership for peace with our Arab neighbors while fighting the forces of terror that threaten that peace...” He said, “Israel has destroyed nearly all of Hamas… we will not stop until that mission is complete… And I have another message for this assembly and for the world outside this hall: We are winning.”

Being a Prime Minister of Israel involved in genocide and war crimes, which has been authenticated by the International Criminal Court and arrest warrant issued thereof, the Secretary General of the UN and whole headquarters at New York have projected the real Justice System at the United Nations. Prime Minister Netanyahu is right when he said while addressing UNGA, “We are winning”, what he failed to mention is, “We have defeated the UN”. The UNO must issue clarification if War Criminals and Terrorists are allowed to use the forum of the UN or otherwise an apology should be issued.
