Through the Act of provincial assembly, the foreign powers through pressure tactics including Western and neighbouring India and Iran have implement a drive to de-radicalize or eliminate those following Islamic ideology that supports enforcement of Islamic Sharia and social equality against modern life style leading to secularism. The recent amendment in Anti-Terrorism Act has created thousands of jobs for retired and serving military officers, psychologists, and civilians in Balochistan. Nevertheless, these jobs are not for the youth of Balochistan or those who believe Islam as complete code of life. Through the Amendment Act, 2025, the Balochistan Assembly has empowered federal armed and civil forces to act in the province, issue detention orders without the approval of Federal Government for six years, which is extendable for a further period of two years by the Government of Balochistan through notification in the official Gazette. Carefully crafted to dent the federation and high standard of Islamic democracy and human rights, the bill has, in fact, legalized state terrorism, interference into privacy and freedom of speech and movement. The bill authorizes Provincial Government to notify any Intelligence agency or Detaining Authority in the official gazette to effect violations against rights guaranteed in the Constitution.

Vested with all powers relating to search, arrest, and seizure of property and other materials under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, or any other applicable law, the law provides that these powers will be exercised by Police and law enforcement agencies officers not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or equivalent but for the members of JIT no such condition has been given. Where the new law provides establishment of government notified of detention or rehabilitation or de-radicalization centers and in-charge thereof, the Detaining Authority upon a written request by the investigating agency or investigating officer, the detainee can be handed over to any law enforcement agency for the purpose of investigation, if he is alleged to be involved in any scheduled offence under this Act or any other cognizable offence. The Detaining Authority at its own or on the written request of the person confined or his relatives, may or may not withdraw the order of burrial on certain condition on the basis of offence attempted or committed, previous and present conduct, impact of counseling, background and affiliations of the person.

Ironically, on the nomination of Chief Minister Oversight Boards, comprising two civilians, two military officers, a psychiatrist, and a criminologist have been established to take notice of any complaint or information in respect of any degrading treatment of any person detained or any torture or any in-dignified treatment. Interestingly, the Board with fixed mission and agend would also be responsible to impart training and awareness regarding human rights standards and laws applicable on the conduct of preventive detention. One wonder, how role of judiciary has been eliminated and there is also no mention inspection by International and human rights organizations. Our memories have not faded away how whole population of former Tribal Areas were displaced and made homeless in their own country. Many of them are still not allowed to return to their homes and exercise rights over their properties.

The Pakistani citizens of provinces especially Balochistan have been deprived of their rights under Article 10 of Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. These rights may be made effective after three months if any extension in detention is made beyond said initial period. The rules have been made simple to detain anyone and carryout detailed investigations including probe into his or her properties and possessions on mere receipt of a reasonable complaint or credible information, or a reasonable suspicion. There is a long list of grounds of detention without warrants or prior permission from judiciary if complaint is concerning in any offence relating to the security of Province or defence of Pakistan, attacks on law Enforcement Agencies, installing and detonating IEDs, damage to vital installations, or any part thereof, or public order relating to target killing, kidnapping for ransom, sectarian attacks on minorities, ethnically motivated killings, facilitating/aiding & abetting criminals involved in acts of terrorism and extortion/Bhatta, or the maintenance of supplies or services. It is right time that people and elected members of Balochistan must seriously reconsider the back Act they passed through Anti-Terrorism (Balochistan Amendment) Act, 2025. The UNO and other bodies must not remain silent to allow legitimization of terrorism and human rights violations.

In the tragic incident in Muhammad Hussain Kot village of Rawalakot’s Poonch district on 28 May 2025, two police personnel identified as Gulzar and Tariq Bashir were martyred and at least five others personnel sustained injuries. In addition, two highly patriotic Kashmiri students identified as Raja Zarnosh Nasim and his brother Raja Gibran Nasim were also martyred. Police has show that two other individuals included Ulfat from Mandi Bahuddin and one unidentified person of Pushtun origin were also killed in the same incident along with recovery of Sub Machine Guns, cache of ammunition, grenades and suicide jackets but same has striking gaps to believe as being narrated. Police and Intelligence agencies claim that these all the four persons were terrorists of same group and investigation is in progress to ascertain the truth but it is on record that Raja Zarnosh Nasim was missing since 13 August 2024, and as claimed by Police SHO, who was approached by wife of Raja Zarnosh Nasim when she tried to file FIR that Raja Zarnosh was picked up by Intelligence agencies.

If we recall, AJ&K Home Minister Colonel Waqar Ahmed Noor without realizing that Constitution supports enforcement of Sharia, claimed that as Home Minister that he was working on the gang since April 2025, who was brainwashing youth in the name of Jihad and enforcement of Sharia and thus was part of Fitna-al-Khawaraj. He took the name of Doctor Rauf as mastermind and claimed that after the arrest of Saqib Ghani resident of Azad Pattan names of Raja Zarnosh Nasim, Raja Gibran Nasim along with Osama and Hanzala were surfaced with regard to murder of Constable Sajjad Resham on 27 October 2024. The gang is blamed to have also planned to set City Bagh Police Station on fire and attack on Motorway Police, Islamabad and Sangjani Toll plaza. To authenticate the planned cold-blooded murders of those who talk about enforcement of Sharia and getting back other held part of Jammu and Kashmir from India, the claimed terrorist namely Osama voluntarily surrendered with recovery of grenades and pistols from his possession and Ghazi Shahzad who was already in Rawalakot jail dramatically escaped and fled to Afghanistan while names of Raja Zarnosh and Raja Gibran were cleverly linked with them to consolidate a terrorist case against them.

In the recent past Pakistan Army chief made it clear that the armed forces will crack down hard on the separatist movements. Speaking about Jammu and Kashmir, he said, "Our stance is absolutely clear, it was our jugular vein, it will be our jugular vein, we will not forget it. We will not leave our Kashmiri brothers in their heroic struggle." He also talked about converting Pakistan into 'Hard State' by taking actions to eradicate terrorism. If we recall, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi also formed a special 15-member committee, headed by himself while home secretaries of all the provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan as well as representatives of Intelligence agencies as members, to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country. The Committee’s agenda is to make Pakistan a 'Hard State' by taking actions to eradicate terrorism, monitor the repatriation of Afghan nationals and preserve national interest of Pakistan. It is strange that those who have direct links with India and the western masters are most active to destroy this Islamic Republic to a level beyond restoration.  

One wonders last year Pakistan was talking about Green Pakistan, promoting of tourism and the country’s image as a “Soft Power”. Why opposite of what was previously announced is being implemented. We do not want to see the killings of our security forces just because they are performing their duties. We do not want to see the killings of ordinary citizens on mere suspicion of their involvement in terrorism and we do not want our state authorities to act on the plans of agents of foreign powers to divide Pakistan and destroy the country. It is high time for nation to unite and save the country by tightening the grip on enemies agents and anti state elements to encourage them as loyal Pakistanis and inquiry of Home Ministers of Pakistan, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan and Balochistan for their links with foreign element as many moves and orders are too suspicious to comprehend. The concerned authorities must show courage to order impartial inquiries in each province to reach to the truth in order to win peace.

After taking office in January 2025, Trump ordered a 90-day foreign aid freeze, halting all kinds of aid, including humanitarian assistance. However, without waiting for expiry of 90 days, but soon President Donald Trump rewarded both Pakistan and India for their unconditional loyalties. The conditions were quite clear that the military aid would not be used against India. In February this year, President Trump announced that Pakistan receives funding for maintaining its F-16 fighter jet fleet while India gets an offer for the sale of the F-35 stealth aircraft. Islamabad has confirmed that US has approved $397 million for Pakistan to sustain its F-16 fighter jets for counter-terrorism efforts.

If we recall, President Donald Trump halted all defense and security aid to Pakistan in January 2018, saying, “The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit…They give safe havens to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan…No more!” Later, President Joseph Biden administration approved sale of F-16 fighter jet fleet sustainment and related equipment to Pakistan worth 450 million over a deal while US Defense Security Cooperation Agency revealed in a statement, “… the sustainment program would assist Pakistan in its campaign against terrorism with a reminder that it will not affect the status quo in the region.”

It is on record that the US has repeatedly announced that Washington will monitor the use of these cutting-edge fighter jets to ensure they are used only for counterterrorism (CT) and counterinsurgency (COIN) operations and not deployed against India Now it should be quite clear to Pakistanis that every dollar of American aid or Western sources coming to Pakistan cannot be used against enemies of Pakistan and can only be used against own people in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtun Khawa, their supporters and orthodox Muslims.

India claims that she officially communicated Pakistan well before time about the targets to be attacked on 7 May 2025, in which five Holy Mosques were destroyed that also led to martyrdom of 41 Muslim men, women and children and injuring more than 57 others. It is strange that Islamabad claimed soon after the Indian attacks that Indian side has hoisted while flag of peace on its posts. The shameless act is to be condemned in the strongest words. Interestingly, the name of the Pakistani operation has been adopted from a Holy Verse decorated on one of the Mosque Indian bombed and destroyed, which bears the same verse of Surrat As Saf, “There is no doubt that Allah loves those who fights in his path, lined up as solid rock.”

It surprised many that on the dictation of US President Donald Trump how can India and Pakistan immediately agree for a ceasefire without any condition. On 10 May 2025, President Trump Tweeted "After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a FULL AND IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE. Congratulations to both countries on using Common Sense and Great Intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” The question arises was it a fixed match?

President Trump is a happy man after achieving the target of killing Muslims inside Pakistan alleged to be terrorists, which he was made to believe that they were terrorists who killed American citizens. Hundreds of such people were either apprehended and handed over to the Americans or killed in the recent Indian attack but the game has gone beyond this as now the US, India, Iran and Pakistan are on the same grid. Ironically, Iranian Foreign Minister Dr Syed Abbas Araghchi was in Pakistan on 5 May 2025, having meetings with senior civil and military leadership regarding operations against Sunni Baloch of Iranian and Pakistani sides. Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces is in contact with General Syed Asim Munir for joint operations. On the day of Indian attacks on Pakistan on 7 May 2025, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi was in India to celebrate 75^th Anniversary of Indo – Iran friendship and ink strategic and counterterrorism agreements.

Today, we saw multiple target killings of orthodox Muslims everywhere in Pakistan, India and elsewhere but each nation though united alleging others to be the real killers. How long we will allow this to happen? Are these not human right violations and crime against humanity? These people are liars worse than beast who jubilate after carrying out ethnic cleaning. After agencies sponsored and planned on Army Public school, Peshawar thousands of innocent men, women and children were ruthlessly killed in the name of war against terrorism and other operations and few days back on 21 May 2025, a similar pattern school bus in Khuzdar, Balochistan was attacked in which 11 innocent people including students of Army Public School Khuzdar were killed. A new operation by the quad, “Fitna al Hindustan” has been launched to carryout mass slaughter of Baloch after dubbing them disloyal, terrorists and anti-Islam, “Khawaraj”. It is high time that the UNO, the human right organizations and civilized nations of the world must intervene to prevent this ethnic cleansing and assure peace.

There is a very imminent question related to Operation Sindoor in which Indian Armed Forces carried out missile attacks on nine locations inside Pakistan on 7 May 2025, martyring 31 Pakistanis and injuring more than 57. Interestingly out of nine targets five were Masjids (orthodox Muslim worship places). There was confusion that Operation Sindoor was launched due 22^nd April terrorist attack at Baisraintop, Pehalgam in Jammu and Kashmir as Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA), which officially took over the investigation, has not even yet finalized the investigation so how the Indian attacks on Pakistan can planned.

Indian officials at K Block in New Delhi disclosed that Operation Sindoor was linked with the confessions by Major Tahawar Hussain Rana, an Indian origin Canadian having Shiite and another minority family background in India and his American Christian friend, David Coleman Headley alias Syed Dawood Gilani whose father was Indian origin Pakistani Shiite while mother was an American Christian. Both was on Intelligence Bureau (IB) scanner since long as they had established offices in Mumbai and were involved in drugs and famous in Indian prostitutes and gays in Mumbai, India. It is important to recall that Tahawar Hussain was commissioned as doctor at Pakistan Army Medical Corps but absconded and fled to Canada in 1997.

Another Indian ACIO (Intelligence Bureau Assistant Central Intelligence Officer) who was at New Delhi disclosed that Indian Armed Forces carried out operation and destroyed camps where Ajmal Kasab and David Headley who were involved in Mumbai attacks of 26 November 2008, were given terrorist training. One wonders when Indian Intelligence confesses that both Tahawar Hussain and David Headley had links with Indian agencies as well as many time David Headley was imprisoned in USA on charges of carrying heroin drugs and also worked as agent of American Drug Enforcement Administration and sent to Afghanistan for intelligence, how these persons’ testimony can be accepted. More so, do Shiite and Christians can have any connections with Lashkar-e-Tayyiaba or Hizb-ul-Mujahideen for the freedom of Indian held Jammu and Kashmir state?

David Headlay’s mother was owner of Philly’s Khyber Pass Pub, New Orleans, Philadelphia and now Headlay is its owner. Should we believe that Muslims organizations like Lashkar-e-Tayyiaba or Hizb-ul-Mujahideen or Jaish-e-Mohammad can have anything to do with drugs, liquor, prostitution, and even if for a second we accept it for the sake of discussion, both these individual have either Christian cum Shiite parents or Shiite cum another minority group parents. This means we should also look for Christian and Shiite links with terrorist organization and plan some attacks there too? No doubt, Lashkar-e-Tayyiaba or Hizb-ul-Mujahideen or Jaish-e-Mohammad had nothing to do with terrorism. Yes! they attacked Indian Army in held Jammu and Kashmir in 1990s as Kashmir does not belong to India and is a disputed territory. India and the US must look for home grown terrorism whether it is 26 November 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai, which killed 166 people or Pahalgam attack of 22 April 2025, in which 28 innocent people were ruthlessness killed.

Major Tahawar Hussain is presently in custody of Indian NIA and is deserter from Pakistan Army since 1997, an India agent, and a criminal for whom there is reward on his arrest but pro-Indian lobby in Pakistan is silent spectator to please foreign masters. It is high time that Pakistani authorities should take up the case of judicial custody of Major Tahawar Hussain for his Field General Court Martial, take up case with UNO against India for attacking worship places inside Pakistan without lawful mandate from the UN and get the country declared as aggressor and terrorist, as well as stop getting dictations from foreign nations due to blackmail, allowing own people got killed. There are reports India and another nation are planning to attack Afghanistan which should not happen as it will destroy international peace. The UNO Secretary General Mr António Guterres is requested to carryout impartial and transparent investigation over Indian attacks on Pakistan, otherwise if unnoticed, tomorrow it will be taken as a precedent by other nations to attack sovereign nations.

India tried to expand her muscles in order to prove her military might, but this show remained highly unimpressive. A combination of several dozens missile and drone attacks at various cities of Pakistan and disputed Azad Jammu and Kashmir killed many Pakistani Muslims on 6/7 May 2025. Director General of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) while confirming Indian attacks on various cities disclosed 31 people including women and children were killed and 57 injured. Islamabad is determined to give a befitting response to India in order to avenge India’s missile attacks on Pakistan. The Armed Forces of Pakistan in a statement said, “Pakistan reserves the right to respond, in self-defense, at a time, place, and manner of its choosing to avenge the loss of innocent Pakistani lives and blatant violation of its sovereignty”. India continued drone attacks at restricted located to harass and terrorize general public due which educational institutions were closed and normal life disrupted throughout Pakistan.

Aftermath Indian attacks there were exchange of indiscriminate firing at Line of Control (LoC) in disputed Jammu and Kashmir state in which both side use automatic weapons, mortars, and Artillery guns. The difference between Indian and Pakistani attack is that Pakistani side confined to traditional exchange of firing across LoC at military targets in Jammu and Kashmir state but Indian not only specifically targeted religious places in Jammu and Kashmir state but also inside Pakistan. Islamabad claims its armed forces and people have right to avenge cold-blooded murders by Indian forces and their agents inside Pakistan. On the condition of anonymity a senior relevant person said India should not be mistaken that we will forgive Indian without settling the score, at least three time what India did. We will warn, announce, attack and then also raise white flag of friendship after attack as Indian did. Unconfirmed reports suggests that Pakistan might attack on Indian held Jammu and Kashmir in July/ August 2025 and rest of the India cities later on.

It is on record that since 22 April 2025, Indian engineered Pahalgam tourist resort attack that killed 28 innocent people including Muslims, Hindus and Christians, Indian security forces carried out joint combing and search operations in held Jammu and Kashmir in which between 22^nd April and 8^th May 2025, 423 Kashmiris have been killed while apprehensions as suspected terrorists have crossed 2105. Pakistan has planned that before launching a decisive attack, Islamabad will try to settle the issue of Jammu and Kashmir through peaceful means including the good offices of UNO but if unresolved, Islamabad as a policy will morally support all the present princely states outside British India of 1947, which India included in India Union through coercive means in order to encourage their legitimate struggle for their rights.

Fake news, disinformation and cooked stories from both Indian and Pakistani sides have created a lot of confusion. Ironically, on hourly basis bundles of lies are bombarded by even state authorities without any fear of accountability and curse for lying. The media has totally lost its ethics and credibility while International community acts as silent spectators to the ethnic cleansing, mass cold-blooded murders and grave human rights violations. They are playing with the sentiments and emotions of general public and international community.

Ironically, the Armed Forces of both the countries have cordial relations and dine, sport and dance together during missions abroad, training or course abroad but pose as if they are enemies No 1 of each other. With the exception of few, the same stand good for general public. A good majority of Pakistanis in Armed Forces, government services, judiciary, education department, media, poets and writers, overseas Pakistanis and those in other filed have relatives in India to whom they also visit but a drama is staged to achieve own vested interests and false standards of loyalty.

India carried out number of missile attacks inside Pakistani territory killing many Pakistanis. Now under the UNO charter and international law Pakistan has right to respond and attack India or UNO must pronounce India as aggressor and slap sanctions. Today India is making false claims that Pakistan also carried drone and missile attacks on India cities on 7/8 May 2025, including Awantipura, Srinagar, Jammu, Pathankot, Amratsar, Kapoortalla, Jullandar, Ludhiana, Adampur, Bhittanda, Chandigarh, Naal, Foladi, Uttarlai and Bhuj. This needs to be investigated under the UNO supervision to find the truth. One wonders this drama is meant to carryout mass target killings, ethnic cleansing and legitimate human rights violations.

Without going into past, official record of both the countries confirms that since 22 April 2025 Pahalgam tourist resort attack that killed 28 innocent people, Indian security forces in held Jammu and Kashmir alone carried out joint combing and search operations in which between 22^nd April and 8^th May 2025, 423 Kashmiris have been killed while apprehensions as suspected terrorists have crossed 2105. Many properties of innocent Kashmiris have been demolished or attached with the Indian authorities on the suspicion of being terrorists or their facilitators. On the other hand, in case of Pakistan, as per the Press Releases issued by Inter Services Public Relations on its official website, this year up to 8 May 2025, Pakistani security forces have killed 343 Pakistanis, who are dubbed by Army as Khawarij (terrorists). Out of these 95 were killed between 22 and 08 May 2025. In many case the properties of killed Khawarij have been taken over by the authorities as enemy properties.

After the 6/7 May 2025, attacks on Pakistan, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh of Indian Air Force briefed about Operation Sindoor, carried out by India to avenge the 22^nd April 2025 Pahalgam state’s self-engineered terrorist attack. She claimed that Indian Armed Forces carried out attack on 21 locations including Sawai Nallah, Syedna Bilal Mosque cum Madrassa, Masjid-e-Aqsa, Chelabandi, Abdullah bin Masood, Dulai, Garhi Habibullah, Batrasi, Balakot, Oghi,, Boi, Sensa, Gulpur, Kotli, Barali, Dungi, Barnala, Mehmoona Joya, Sarjal, Muridke and Bahawalpur. Let us share the whole truth about these locations highlighted in slide as “Terrorist Camps in POJK and Pakistan” in the same presentation.

It is an open secret that some of these locations are Mosques and Madaris, which had nothing to do with Freedom Fighter, militants or terrorists activities and might there be coincidence that some Kashmiri freedom fighters also prayed in the these Mosques. Some of the remaining locations are Kashmiri Refugees Camps, where each month many foreigners and aid workers visit while three decades back only three locations were bases or offices of Freedom Fighter till 1990s. Now there are no Freedom fighters or terrorist camps in these places. Some Kashmiris do cross over to either sides of Line of Control as they have relatives living there.

As majority 6/7 May targets inside Pakistan were Mosques and Madaris, it is important to highlight that ever since the creation of Pakistan, Intelligence agencies dominated be specific sects and Indians settled in Pakistan in the name of migration had been misguiding the authorities and the world about students and teachers of Mosques and Madaris as they used to stop them from evil and asked to do good. Mostly those associated with Mosques and Madrassa are orphans who have not even enough money to get school education and sometimes food to eat. They are admitted here to save money and ensure that they at least get their meals. Ironically, Government of Pakistan don’t support Mosques and Madaris and in very special circumstance the Auqaf Department issue meager amount as formality but intern collect donations and Zakat worth billions of rupees in their names.

The Muslims including students and teacher Mosques and Madaris have nothing to do with Jihad or holy war. However, some of them volunteer in the fulfillment of orders provided in Holy Quran. For example, holy Quran Chapter An Nisa Verse 75 guides Muslims, “And why not you fight in the path of Allah and for the oppressed men, women and children who say to their Rab (God Almighty) give us relief from this land of oppressors and appoint us a savior. And appoint us a helper from your grace.” But these poor orphans are never allowed to do that rather they are ruthlessly killed under various foreign funded operations to blame them for everything.    

With regard to the Indian attacks on Pakistan, it is strange that the Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA), which officially took over the investigation of killing of 28 people at Pahalgam during terrorist attack of 22 April 2025, has not yet finalized the investigation and as on 8 May still collecting evidence from general public to solve the riddle whether it was really the Kashmiris terrorists or Indian Armed Forces themselves carried out killings to ensure continues deployment of 1.1 million security forces in Indian held disputed Jammu and Kashmir state.

To conclude, it is difficult to believe as being narrated, because there are too wide gaps in the 6 May Indian missile attacks and later 8 May drone attacks inside Pakistan. Fake news and photos that Pakistan Armed Forces personnel attended funeral of three persons killed in Indian attack at Muridke. It is strange that Pakistan has declared the organization as terrorist so how uniform personnel can attend the funeral. No doubt, intelligence agencies are backbone of countries and they carryout a lot of good things but many of them misguides their superiors to get incentives and promotions while some non-locals settled in the area due to hatred also spread misinformation. The bottom line is that Pakistan and India must realize that Jammu and Kashmir is the core issue that must be resolved on merit through implementing legitimate agreements and UNO Resolution where as a full fledge war should be the last option to achieve justice and peace. It is high time that UNO must play its due role in providing right of self-determination to the Kashmiris.

Islamabad says it is time to give a befitting response to India to avenge India’s missile attacks on Pakistan on 6/7 May 2025. The high command in Pakistan after confirmation by India that it carried out un-provoked attacks on nine sites, decided to attack three times what India targeted. In this regard, Islamabad decided to select 27 positions inside India to target those elements who were behind the strikes, no matter it is Indian Armed Forces who behind the terrorist strikes.

Meanwhile, the National Security Committee (NSC) has allowed “total freedom” to the Armed Forces of Pakistan for taking “every possible” step in response to India’s un-provocative, deliberate and cowardly attacks on Pakistani civilians. The NSC has permitted Armed Forces under Article 51 of the UN Charter, which provide Pakistan the right to retaliate in self-defence to avenge the loss of innocent Pakistani lives and blatant violation of its sovereignty.

Interestingly, the Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA), which on 26 April officially took over the investigation of Baisaran mountaintop terrorist attack of 22 April 2025, till to-date has not finalized the investigation and still collecting evidence from general public so how Indian Armed Forces can carryout attack on Pakistan on mere suspicion without letting the investigation to finalize. One wonders what if the investigations takes to the conclusion that Indian Armed Forces themselves carried out Pahalagam attack to ensure Hindu event of 38-day annual Amarnath Yatra from 3 July to 9 August 2025, and inauguration of Kashmir Railway Line by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheduled on 3 July 2025, a success story.

Meanwhile, the Armed Forces of Pakistan in a statement said, “Pakistan reserves the right to respond, in self-defence, at a time, place, and manner of its choosing to avenge the loss of innocent Pakistani lives and blatant violation of its sovereignty. At least three commanders of Pakistan Army claims that they have rehearsed two plans “A” and “B”; a scenario where Pakistan carryout reciprocal attacks on India but though India defend itself but do not counterattack Pakistan, all things would stand normal but in a scenario where India carryout counter attack, Islamabad will officially announce war on India and plan to continue from three months to one year.  

Terrorism is menace but how long we can allow killing innocent masses without proper trial and confirmations. The United Nations and Human Rights organizations as well as civilized countries of the world must discourage inhuman practices or taking law into hands and there should be dialogue to resolve pending issues like right of self-determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. If we fail to resolve Kashmir issue this year, clouds of full fledge war between India and Pakistan cannot be averted. 

Pakistan must exercise restraint, de-escalate tensions, and avoid further escalation as it may threaten regional and international peace. But at the same time we must realize that unresolved dispute continue to pose even a bigger threat to regional peace and exacerbates the suffering of the Kashmiri people.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi visited Pakistan today on 5 May 2025. He held meetings with senior civil and military leadership in Islamabad. During his visit he discussed various issues including international sanctions on Iran, security situation in Middle East, trade and economy, joint counter terrorism efforts in Balochistan, and tensions between India and Pakistan over the Pahalgam terror attack.

The important feature of the visit was proposal of joint counter terrorism operations in Balochistan. Tehran was of the view that unless both countries carryout joint operations terrorists cannot be eliminated. If we recall, the Iranian Brigadier General Mohammad Pakpour, commander of the IRGC Ground Force, recently announced that Iranian forces have killed 100 terrorists and arrested 150 others in a series of operations across Sistan Balochistan since last November. The operations follow a deadly attack in the Gohar Kuh region and underscore the ongoing battle to secure Iran’s southeastern frontier. Sistan Balochistan was part of Pakistan with Sunni population but was handed over to Iran during the dictatorship of General Ayub Khan.

As regard to counter terrorism efforts in Pakistan, as per the Press Releases issued by Inter Services Public Relations on its official website, Pakistani security forces have killed 330 human beings to whom they dub as Khawarij, out of which 82 were killed between 22 and 30 April 2025. In many case the properties of killed Khawarij have been taken over by the authorities as enemy properties.

No one denies menace of terrorism but how long India, Pakistan and Iran would be killing general masses without proper trial and confirmations. These counterterrorism operations often aim at ethnic cleansing. It is ironic that the founder of Pakistan in 1929 demanded in his famous 14 points “Reforms should be introduced in Balochistan and N.W.F.P (KPK) on the footings of other provinces but still the issue is pending. The United Nations and Human Rights organizations as well as civilized countries of the world must discourage such inhuman practices and initiated dialogue to resolve pending issues like right of self-determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and equal rights including opportunities to the people of people of Balochistan and tribal areas bordering Afghanistan (KPK).

Tomorrow, on 5 May 2025, a Supreme Court Bench headed by Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna is scheduled to hear the petitions, challenging the constitutional validity of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025. Earlier the Indian government assured the court that it would not de-notify Waqf properties or make appointments to the Central Waqf Council and Boards until further orders by the court.

If we recall, the Baisaran mountaintop terrorist attack of 22 April 2025, took place immediately after the All Parties Hurriyat Conference called on people of Indian Held Jammu and Kashmir to observe complete strike on Friday, 25 April 2025, against Waqf Amendment Act 2025, passed by Lok Sabaha on 3 April 2025, and issuance of Jammu and Kashmir domicile certificates to non Kashmiri State subjects and outsiders.

The Indian Army has successfully averted a scheduled complete strike by all the Muslims of Indian held Jammu and Kashmir on 25 April 2025, by putting the Muslims, especially the Kashmiris of Jammu and Kashmir by staging Baisaran mountaintop terrorist attack of 22 April 2025. The Indian Government at New Delhi has allocated over 25,000 Kanals to the Indian nationals and other the foreigners but Indian parliament admit that during last two years total area of land transferred to multiple Industrial Estates, other Public and private authorities in Jammu Division was 6014 kanals and 10 marlas and in Kashmir Division was 5532 kanals and 19 marlas.

Pahalgam terrorism has provided Indian security forces to establish a reign of terror in Indian Held Jammu and Kashmir. It has given a license to Indian occupying forces genocide of Kashmiri Muslims to change the demography and settle non-Kashmiris while the Indian Army is also trying to takeover the business in Jammu and Kashmir through foreign collaborations. The Indian Army is trying to convert Held Jammu and Kashmir into the world tourism destination for which it requires land in bulk. The petition against Waqf Amendment Act 2025, and issuance of Jammu and Kashmir domicile certificates to non Kashmiri and outsiders in the Supreme Court and Kashmir hope for the justice. In case justice is denied the only options is to approach United Nations and International community.

The security situation in India, especially in held Jammu and Kashmir is highly tense. The clouds of expected war between India and Pakistan has put both the nations in a mode of uncertainty. Despite deployment of 9 new regiments of Rashtriya Rifles in Jammu and Kashmir, the law and order situation is gradually deteriorating. Joint combing and search operations by the security forces are at bloom. The security forces disclosed that between 22 April and 2^nd May 2025, 381 Kashmiris have been killed or missing while recorded apprehensions have crossed 1900. Many properties of innocent Kashmiris have been demolished or attached with the Indian authorities on the suspicion of being terrorists or facilitators to terrorists. Many Kashmiris with fear that they wont be able to resist torture if taken by the Indian security forces for investigation have fled the area to other cities.

In a striking development, change in the Order of Battle has taken place in at least three Commands till 2^nd May 2025. A new Squadron landed at 46 Wing Indian Air Force Station Naal, Bikaner. Additional deployed at of Rafale Fighter aircraft at new airfield near Leh was reported. It was revealed that some Indian pilots had experience in bombing Gaza under the command of Israeli Defence Forces. Around 38 Drones were also deployed at some unknown locations. Post Pahalgam attack, Indian Air Force has increased its sorties to airlift the load to Drop Zones.

Some brigades have received orders for operational moves but dates are not specified. Operational plans has been issued to 9 Independent Mountain Brigade which is expected to move from its peace location Joshimath to River Jammu Tawi. The elements of 19 Infantry Division were re-adjusted and heavy concentration was reported along Line of Control at Pir Panjal Ranges. New constructions were reported at Dhaula Dhar range. Since last year, Indian Army is trying to increase its strengthen in Pir Panjal Region which witnessed further deployments.

An Indian Brigade commander on the condition of anonymity said, “We are trained to fight insurgency not a war. It is out of question that 26 will cross over to Pakistani side” He added, Pakistani forces are ….. but they have created such a hype against the Indian forces that now our Command has no option but to carryout surgical strikes at five locations.” Another senior officer claimed that they have received the launchers from Chandimandir for the Agni missiles. However, this time strikes will be conducted without air space violations or by drones.

On the Pakistani, Islamabad is looking for an opportunity of any misadventure from India so that she can take revenge of 1971 Separation of Pakistan's Eastern part and unfinished agenda of Kargil War. During a special meeting at General Headquarters, Rawalpindi on 2 May 2025, the Pakistani Army military elite review of the prevailing geo-strategic environment, with particular emphasis on ongoing India – Pakistan standoff and broader security calculus. Meanwhile Pakistani troops are engaged on military training including missile firing and weapon testing. Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy are already on high already to thwart any Indian misadventure.
